Operation Steps

  1. Connect the charger to a 9V/2A QC3.0 adapter with a USB-C quick charge cable to switch on the power.
  2. Put the mobile phone with magnetic suction function near the charging area of the wireless charger, and it will automatically absorb the mobile phone for charging.
  3. Place your headset in the headset charging area to recharge .

Applicable Devices

  1. Smartphones:
    Magnetic alignment is only available for iPhone 12 series (for iPhone 12, for iPhone 12 mini, for iPhone 12 Pro, for iPhone 12 Pro Max).
    Mobile phones that support Qi wireless charging standard.

  2. Headset:
    For AirPods 2 / Pro, other TWS headsets with wireless charging support.

  3. Compatible for iPhone 12 case (for MagSafe silicone case / for MagSafe clear case).

Safety Instructions

  1. Charging devices that meet the Qi charging standard.
  2. Charging output maximum power fast charging 15W, compatible with fast charging 10W, 7. 5W and general charging 5W.
  3. Magnetic calibration adsorption, mobile phone automatic adsorption charging when put on.
  4. Safety guarantee: overheating protection, overcurrent protection.

Warning

  1. Do not pull the power cord hard to avoid the power cord from breaking or falling off.
  2. Do not disassemble by yourself or throw it into fire or water to avoid short circuit and leakage.
  3. Do not use in severely high temperature, humidity or corrosvie environments to avoid leakage of electricity due to damage to the circuit.
  4. When using this product, keep a distance of more than 50cm f rom the pacemaker.
  5. Only use the wireless receiver conforming to Qi standard to connect with the transmitting terminal.
  6. The working environment temperature of the charger is 30℃-32℃.
  7. Do not place the magnetic card, magnetic recording medium and precision machine too close to the charger.
  8. Keep out of reach of children.

Answer Questions

  1. If you’re experiencing interrupted or slow charging check the following:
    (1) The back of your phone should not have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards.
    (2) Put the phone in the center of the charging surface (this elts the charging coil in your phone lineup with the one inside the wireless charger).
    (3) The wireless charging coil on Sony phones is located slighty below center.
    (4) Phone cases should be no thicker than 5 mm for effective charging.
    (5) Check whether the adapter is QC3. 0 fast charger.

  2. If you’re failing to charge your device, please try out thef ollowing
    (1) Please restart your cell phone and test with other USB cabel
    (2) Please check whether the indicator tums on or not
    (3) The wireless charging coil on Sony phones is located slightly below center.
    (4) Phone cases should be no thicker than 5 mm for effective charging.
    (5) Check whether the adapter is QC3. 0 fast charger.

  3. If you’re failing to charge your device, please try out thef ollowing
    (1) Please restart your cell phone and test with other USB cabel
    (2) Please check whether the indicator tums on or not
    (3) Please check the adapter is QC3. 0 fast charger (output 9V/ 2A), iPhone original adapter does not match the wireless charger.
    (4) Please check your phone case thickness (<5mm). Metal ring or magnetic pad are restricted.

  4. If you’re using the recommended wireless charger with the QC3. 0 adapter and have removed any potential charging obstructions, but are still experiencing issues, try:
    (1) Replacing the cable connecting your the wireless charger.
    (2) Rebooting your phone.
    (3) Unplug the adapter and reinsert.

  5. Charging is still slow
    The mobile phone itself or the external receiving coil allows the wireless charging current to be different, or the application running consumes a lot of power when the mobile phone is charging. lt is recommended to reduce or colse the application.

  6. The phone is charging intermittently or the indicator light flashes.
    If the charging current is not enough, please use a charging head (adapter) with sufficient power 9V2A or 18W above.

  7. Heating while charging.
    It is normal for the receiving coil or transmitter board to generate heat during wireless charging. If the plate is too warm, take your phone off the plate, and switch the plate off. The plate may switch off automaticaly if it is too hot. When the plate has cooled down, try charging again.

  8. The charger does not work.
    Do not put metal debris or magnetic cards on the charging area .lf the product does not work due to overheating please take off the phone andw ait for it to cool down and try charging again.

  9. If the host fails, contact after-sales service.
