TIME SETTING
TO SET THE TIME
- Pull the crown (parr B) out to position “2” and rotate it to the desired time.
- Once the correct time is set, push the crown back into “0 (zero) position. The Second Hand (part F) will start to run.
TO SET THE DATE
- Pull the crown (part B) out to position “1 and rotate it clockwise (away from you) to the desired date (part E).
- Once the correct date is set, push the crown back into “o” (zero) position.
NOTE: The date should not be adjusted between the hours of 9pm and lam.
USING THE CHRONOGRAPH
TO SET THE CHRONOGRAPH
This chronograph is able to measure and display time in 1 second increments up
to a maximum of 59 minutes (part H) and 59 seconds (part G).
- To start the Chronograph fearure, press the Start/Stop Button (part A). To measure split times press the Split/Reset Button (part D) to stop counting.
- Press the Split/Reset Button (part D) to reset the chronograph, and the Second Hand (part F), the Chronograph Minute Dial (part H) and the Chronograph Second Dial (part G) will all return to the zero position.
- For split time, press the Split/Reset Button (part D) again after stopping the chronograph to restart the chronograph function. Then press the Start/Stop Burton (part A) to stop, and the Split/Reset Button (part D) to reser.
CHRONOGRAPH RESET
Chronograph Reset (includes after replacing the battery)
- Pull the crown (part B) out to position “2”.
- Press the Start/Stop Button (part A) to set the Chronograph Second Hand (part G) to the zero position. The chronograph hand can be advanced rapidly by continuously pressing the Start/Stop Button (part A).
- Once the Chronograph Second Hand (part G) has been set to the zero position, push the crown (part B) back into “0” (zero) position.
IMPORTANT
When resetting the chronograph, only return the crown (part B) to the normal “0” (zero) position when the second hand (part F) is in the 12 o’clock position. The second hand stops when the crown is pushed in to the “0” (zero) position and that position is then recognized as the “0” (zero) position.
