COOLING INSTRUCTIONS
- Lay flat in freezer for 2 hours.
- Prior to sliding your arm into the sleeve, make sure that the temperature is tolerable. Stretch the sleeve open and slide your arm in.
- If the sleeve feels uncomfortably cold, remove and then reapply once the temperature feels acceptable.
- Once finished using, store at room temperature.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
(Based on a 1,000-Watt Powered Microwave)
- The sleeve must be at room temperature before microwaving.
- Lay flat in microwave and heat at full power. Do so for the following amount of time, depending on the size sleeve being heated:
- S: The 20s at 5-second increments
- M: 30s at 10-second increments
- L: 40s at 10-second increments
- Prior to sliding your arm into the sleeve, make sure that the temperature is tolerable. Stretch the sleeve open and slide your arm in.
- If the sleeve feels uncomfortably hot, remove and then reapply once the temperature feels acceptable.
- Once finished using, store at room temperature.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Your Medic Therapeutics product is backed by a limited lifetime manufacturer’s
warranty. Medic Therapeutics will repair or replace your device at any time
should it fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, subject to the
certain limitations. This limited warranty does not cover any damage that
results from unauthorized or improper use, service, or repair. Further,
it does not cover damage caused by accident, impact, negligence, or normal
wear and tear.
Should you discover your Medic Therapeutics product is not functioning
properly, please send your device to our repair center for evaluation. If your
product cannot be repaired or serviced, we will reserve the right to change it
for a similar or newer model.
Please note that a flat rate of $12.00 will be charged to cover a service
evaluation fee and return shipping of your device. All warranty claims must be
accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
