Product Usage Instructions
Downloading the App
To use the Smart Body Fat Scale, scan the corresponding QR code in the user
manual to download the Fitdays App.
Recording Parameters
The scale records the following parameters:
- Weight
- BMI
- Body water
- Skeletal Muscle rate
- Fat-free weight
- Subcutaneous fat
- Body age
- Heart Rate
When you click Record, you can see your long-term track chart. Fitdays supports zooming in on the record for each function via the right icon. You can also view records for recent, weekly, monthly, and yearly data.
Adding and Switching Users
To add or switch users:
- Click your icon on the top-left corner or click “Me” -> “Manage users” in the app.
- Add personal data for each user.
- The Smart scale can recognize which user is stepping on it and will remind the user to switch to the correct user profile.
Weighing Baby
To weigh a baby:
- Click “+” and select “Baby Mode” in the app.
- Step on the scale by yourself to measure your weight.
- After the scale displays your weight, hold the baby and step on the scale again to measure the combined weight of you and the baby.
Troubleshooting Guide
Bluetooth not connected
If the Bluetooth connection fails:
- Make sure both the scale and your smartphone have Bluetooth turned on.
- Check that your iOS version is 8.0 or higher or your Android version is 6.0 or higher.
- In the app, go to “Me” -> “Devices” to find and connect to the scale.
No body fat data was measured when weighing
If no body fat data is measured:
- Ensure you are barefoot to measure body fat.
- Make sure your feet and the scale are both dry.
- If the number on the display is flashing, keep standing on the scale for around 10 seconds until the number stops flashing.
- Check if Bluetooth is turned on.
- Ensure that the scale is paired with the correct device, as it maybe connected to a different scale.
The scale is producing inconsistent weights
If the scale shows inconsistent weights:

Check if the scale is on a hard, flat surface.

Inspect each sensor foot on the back to ensure nothing is stuck
to the bottom of it. -
Remove the batteries and restart the scale.
The App is displaying the incorrect fat-muscle ratio
If the App shows an incorrect fat-muscle ratio:
- Check if the body parameter settings are correct.
- Ensure that you enter the correct gender, height, and age in the app.
Re-calibrating the scale
To re-calibrate the scale after moving it or changing the batteries:
- Step on the scale to turn it on.
- Let it automatically drop to 0.0kg/lb to calibrate.
The scale does not turn on
If the scale does not turn on:
- Remove the batteries and reinsert them, ensuring they are inserted correctly.
Changing the unit
To change the unit:
- When the scale is on and connected to the Fitdays App, select the unit (kg/lb/st) in the Fitdays settings.
- The selected unit will synchronize with the scale.
Battery Advice
- If the scale will not be used for long periods, it is recommended to remove the battery to avoid damage due to possible leakage.
- Keep the battery out of reach of children.
- Do not mix old and new batteries, batteries with different compositions, or batteries of different brands to prevent leakage or explosion.

HOW TO USE APP

Install the batteries
Place the scale on the hard and flat ground. -
Turn on the Bluetooth on your smart phone or tablet.

Register your own ID by email or social media account.

Add personal data and confirm OK
Note: Enter the wrong gender, age, height, or corporeity level may result in measurements being inaccurate. -
Tap your foot on the scale to activate the display. Wait until the display shows “0.0”(kg/lb)

Step on the scale with BARE feet to turn the scale on.
NOTE:
If stepping on the scale with socks, only weight and BMI will be measured and displayed on the main page. To get complete data, please step on the scale with bare feet, and the weight locked,you can read all the body composition data in the Fitdays App by touching more data. -
After the weight lock, it will come to measure the body’s heart rate. The icon of the heart as below is flashing while the scale is weighing and analyzing. Continue to stand on the scale until the measurement is finished, your phone has received all the data from the scale.

You can find the analyzing report on Body Weight, BMI, BMR, Muscle, Bone Mass, etc. (see full details on More data >>). When you click Record, you can see your long-term track chat form. Fitdays supports you to Zoom + the record for every function via the right icon; Fitdays also supports record for recent, weeks, months, and years;

Add or switch users by clicking your icon on the up-left, or click Me — > Manage users, then add personal data. The Smart scale can recognize which user is stepping on it and remind the user to switch to the correct user. Each account can support 24 users.

Weighing baby: click + –> Baby Mode. Step on the scale on your own, after the scale gets your weight, and then hold the baby to get the weight of baby.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Bluetooth not connected
- The scale and smartphone must both have Bluetooth on.
- Check the IOS version of your smartphone; it must be IOS 8.0 or higher/Android 6.0 or higher.
- Click Me — > device find the scale

No body fat data was measured when weighing
- The user must be barefoot to measure the body fat.
- Make sure your feet and the scale are both dry.
- The scale does not finish weighing when the number display is flashing (Keep standing on the scale for around 10 seconds until the number on the display stops flashing).
- Bluetooth is not turned on.
- Bluetooth is paired with a different scale.

Remove the batteries and put it back. Make sure to insert the batteries in the correct direction. -
