Safety instructions
- Keep the wireless charger away and protected from water and other liquids.
- To clean the charger use a dry cloth and make sure it is not connected to a power adapter.
- Working temperature should be: -0 °C to +35 °C.
- Storage temperature should be: -20 °C to +35 °C.
- Keep children and pets away from the wireless charger to avoid choking hazards and damages to the product.
- Do not disassemble or modify or try to repair the product by yourself, instead contact the retailer.
- Do not use the charger with cards with magnetic stripes, such as credit- or debit cards. Keep cards away from the magnet.
- Take care when your device is mounted on the holder. Quick movements or vibrations can cause your device to fall off.The following situations can cause failures like: high temperature/no or slow charging:
- The connected adapter or USB port does not have enough power output.
- The charging cable it is not compatible with the power adapter’s output.
- When using a case, your device’s case can be too thick, recommended case thickness is 2-3 mm.
- Your device is not placed at the center of the wireless charger.
- There is a metal object on the back of your device or your device’s case.
- Your device does not support wireless charging.
Compatible devices
For 15 W fast wireless charging, you need a “Quick Charge” or “Power Delivery”
power adapter with 18 W or higher and a compatible device. iPhone 12 series
will charge up to 7.5 W with a power adapter of 18 W or higher.
Other devices will charge with 5/7.5/10 W depending on the power adapter and
device. Compatibility with wireless charging and a power adapter is required.
Usage
Mount the charger to the air ventilation in your car, or to the windshield
with the supplied suction cup mount. Make sure it is properly attached.
Connect the cable to a power adapter. Place your device on the charger. The
receiving area on your device may vary depending on the device and
manufacturer. When the charging is completed, remove your device.
Note: If your device is running apps that are high-battery draining and
you are charging your device at the same time, your device will get warm. This
can have a negative effect on the device. Please refer to your device’s manual
for its working temperature.
