FIRST STEPS
Welcome! When turning on your SoyMomo Tablet PRO you must follow the tutorial. You will be asked to give access to the following:
Allow content detection access
Closely follow the steps shown on the SoyMomo Tablet PRO.

Note: To proceed, both permissions must be enabled.
Create a security PIN
Introduce a 4-digit password and an e-mail to continue.
Child’s profile
You can configure your child’s name and birth date, which will appear on the user profile.
Note: You can edit the user profile settings.
App Protection
Set up which apps your child can use, to keep them protected at all times.
Website Protection
Block potentially hazardous websites for your child to use the internet safely.
Usage Schedule
Set up schedules and maximum usage time of your SoyMomo Tablet PRO in order to create responsible technology usage habits.
Dug: hazardous content detector
A new friend joins SoyMomo: It’s Dug! Trained to search and detect content that may be inadequate for children, such as CYBERBULLYING, by detecting offensive messages or inappropriate images.
Note: Once you finish the tutorial, you can enable DUG and his protection from Settings.
Remote parental control
Download the SoyMomo Tablet parent app from the Play Store or App Store. This way you will be able to control the app remotely from your phone.
Note: You can unlink afterward from Settings.
Final configuration
You are ready to begin your SoyMomo adventure!

PARENTAL CONTROL
SoyMomo Tablet PRO will allow you to keep control of the content with which your child interacts, providing a safe technological environment.
App usage
Review which apps your child has used and how much time they have used the SoyMomo Tablet PRO.
Recommended Apps
SoyMomo Presents a collection of the best apps available for your children.
They are organized into many categories which focus on learning, education and
entertainment.
App Protection
Select which apps your child can use and block those which can be potentially dangerous. Blocked apps will be shaded in the SoyMomo Tablet PRO, that way your child won’t be able to access them.
Note: Some apps come blocked for safety.
Website protection
- Browsing enabled: Set up the websites your child can access.
- Browsing disabled: Prohibit all access by your child to websites.
If your child tries to access an unauthorized website, the following message will appear.
Usage Schedule
You can create weekly usage schedules and select the number of daily hours that your child can use the SoyMomo Tablet PRO.
Note: The usage schedules are set per day. If a day doesn’t have a usage schedule, your child will be able to use the SoyMomo Tablet PRO without time restrictions.

Select between which hours you want your child to use the SoyMomo Tablet PRO
per day.

Note: You can set up a Time range and Time limit for the
same day. This way, your child will only be able to use the SoyMomo Tablet PRO
between the hours and during the time selected.
When your SoyMomo Tablet PRO is outside of the usage range or once the time limit is met, the following message will appear.
Remote Blocking
Instantly block the SoyMomo Tablet PRO.
Note: This function can also be activated remotely, at any moment, from the SoyMomo Tablet parent app.
When the feature is activated the SoyMomo Tablet PRO will show the following message:
DUG: Hazardous content detector
There are situations in which browsing the internet or interacting with strangers can result in negative experiences. Dug will make sure to prevent such situations, guiding a safe usage of the web, social media, and digital content. Dug has the following features:
Inappropriate image detection
Dug will help you detect inappropriate images or videos that your child might
see in the main internet search engines.
Note: This function can also be used remotely from the SoyMomo Tablet parent app.
When Dug detects inappropriate content, it will show the following screen:
Note: When it detects inappropriate content it will also notify the parent through the SoyMomo Tablet parent app.
Cyberbullying Detection
Dug will detect messages and words that are aggressive or offensive to your
child, in the chats of the most used social media apps.
Note: When Dug detects inappropriate content it will also notify the parent through the SoyMomo Tablet parent app.
You can check the details of the conversation where Dug detected offensive messages.
Night mode
The night mode will protect your child’s sight. When active, the colors of the screen of the SoyMomo Tablet PRO will be warmer, which allows their eyes to relax and also reduce ocular effort.
Note: This function can also be used remotely from the SoyMomo Tablet parent app.
SETTINGS
You can change the following in settings:
- Change the PIN for your SoyMomo Tablet PRO.
- Link the SoyMomo Tablet PRO to the parent app.

How to connect your SoyMomo Tablet PRO to a WiFi network?
Slide the icons at the top left down to open the main settings panel.
Press the Wi-Fi icon for a few seconds so that it opens a new window with options for available networks.You can also access through Settings -> Network & Internet -> Wi-Fi. -
How do I download the parent app?
You can download it from the Play Store or App Store, search for “SoyMomo Tablet”. Remember that the app requires Android 5.1 or higher or IOS 8.0 o higher. -
How long does the battery last?
The battery lasts for 4 to 6 hours of continuous usage, for example: watching YouTube videos. In standby mode, the battery lasts approximately 30 hours. -
Can I know the GPS location of the SoyMomo Tablet PRO?
No, the SoyMomo Tablet PRO does not have a GPS function. You can find this feature in all of our GPS watches, visit www.soymomo.com for more information. -
Can I make phone calls from the SoyMomo Tablet PRO?
No, the SoyMomo Tablet PRO neither makes nor receives calls. If you need a product that can make calls visit www.soymomo.com for more information. -
Why can’t I see the icon for an app downloaded on the SoyMomo Tablet PRO?
All apps downloaded are added automatically to the list of allowed apps but are disabled. In order to enable them, you must go to Settings > List of allowed apps and enable the app ( ). -
Where can I find the QR code?
To link the app with your SoyMomo Tablet PRO, you need to scan the QR code located in the tablet Settings > Settings and link SoyMomo Tablet. The device must be connected to the internet for the QR code to be generated.

WARRANTY
SoyMomo Tablet PRO has a warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. The warranty does NOT include damages caused by inappropriate use, mishandling (such as a broken screen), loss, or theft of the SoyMomo Tablet PRO. The duration is that established by law in the country where the product was purchased.
FCC Statement
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are

This 8inch tablet PC meets the government’s requirements for exposure to radio
waves. The guidelines are based on standards that were developed by
independent scientific organizations through periodic and thorough evaluations
of scientific studies.
The standards include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the
safety of all persons regardless of age or health. FCC RF Exposure Information
and Statement the SAR limit of the USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one
