Please read the operation manual carefully before using the product, strictly abide by the safety operation rules in order to prevent product failure from affecting your normal use or cause unnecessary losses. PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Battery-Operated ULV Cold Fogger uses a high-power super speed brush-less DC motor. The high speed motor produces high-speed rotary cutting airflow, while pressurizing the solution tank to make the solution delivery to the micro nozzle according to constant flow rate and high speed air flow. With the action of high-speed rotary cutting airflow and special structure of the nozzle, the liquid is broken into tiny fog particles.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove filter from handle. Do not throw away, as this is a spare filter.

2. Open the tank cover on the right side of the dovice.
   ATTENTION: To open, simply push down the extended cover lever on the left of the power sign and pull out the tank cover carefully.

3. Once the unit is opened and exposed, turn on the black power switch.
   ATTENTION: The “circle” symbol will confirm that the unit is off and the “line” symbol will confirm that it is on.

4. Place the tank cover back on the unit. Make sure to align the cover correctly.

5. Always wear appropriate PPE while using the machine.

6. Fill the solution or disinfectant into the tank and fasten the tank cap.
   ATTENTION: Make sure the solution doesn’t exceed maximum capacity 2.5L Figure )

7. Confirm that the battery capacity is enough for operation.

8. To turn on the device, press the “red” power button on the side of the device. (Figure 2)
   When finish spraying the solution, remove the residual liquid and clean the tank with water, add a little water in the tank and spray for 1 to 2 minutes.
   ATTENTION: Unplug fogger’s power cord from the power source before attempting any cleaning or maintenance. Clean the fogger after every use to extend the life of the fogger.

We provide one year free maintenance for the main components of the equipment.

BATTERY OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE METHODS
For the convenience of our customers, you can choose to use spare batteries. The battery can be charged in the machine or charged separately.

1. Notice: The charger indicator light will become red when it is charging and turn green when it is full charged.
2. Charging method: When the battery is in the machine, the machine must be placed in a safe, dry and in an appropriate conditioned environment when it is charging. Placing the equipment gently, connect the charger plug and connector on the side of the fogger, continuously charging until the light becomes green

COMMON FAILURES AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Failures > Motor doesn’t work

• CAUSE 01: The battery capacity is not enough, the battery is in automatic protection mode when the power light become red.
  SOLUTION: Check if the battery is adequate and if the fogger is charged

• CAUSE 02: Overload operation.
  SOLUTION: Stop working and put the machine at a ventilated area for 30 minutes.

Failures > Machine runs but without spraying droplets

• CAUSE 01: The solution is not enough or there is no solution in the tank.
  SOLUTION: Check and fill more solution into the tank.

• CAUSE 02: Solution tank cap is not well fastened.
  SOLUTION: Fasten the solution cap.

• CAUSE 03: Spray nozzle blockage.

• SOLUTION: Clean the nozzle.

ATTENTION

1. Please make sure the battery capacity is enough before use . Please charge it when the light become red.
2. If the water goes inside the machine (not the tank), make sure it is completely dry before you turn on the switch.
3. The operating ambient temperature of the machine is between 0~40OC. Do not hit the fogger with heavy objects, avoid dropping from high places. You must use the special battery configured for this product . It is forbidden to use other types of batteries to avoid damage to the product.
4. Please don’t use the machine while it is charging.
5. If you leave it unused for a long time, please fully charge the battery.
6. Do not use strong corrosion liquid, the solution should be completely dissolved without impurities, to prevent clogging the pipeline.
7. If below situations happen, please cut off the power supply immediately.
   • The water gets into machine
   • The motor suddenly stops working.
   • The sound of the motor changes significantly.
   • The water tank is leaking.
   • The motor is not working or other abnormal conditions happen when turning on.
8. Please cut off the power immediately and clean the solution tank once you finish using the machine. Put it in a safe place and avoid any exposure to wet, sun collision and away from the reach of children children.
9. Do not use the machine in the rain. Do not plug or unplug the machine with wet hands. The machine should not be stored near any flammable, explosive articles or high temperatures areas.

The below circumstances are exclusive of the warranty service:

1. Blockage and damage of equipment from using a strong corrosion liquid.
2. Faulty operation and damage caused by changing the structure and/or replacing parts of the equipment privately.
3. Do not follow the instructions for use and maintenance.
4. Artificial damage caused by improper use or overuse.
5. Damage caused by irresistible natural forces, such as earthquakes, floods, fires, etc.
