General Tips

  1.  Please charge before first using, with the USB-micro5P wire in the Package
  2. Eliminate one misbehavior or obey one order at one time. If training gets too fast. your pet may become confused, even repel
  3. Before using shock mode, try to choose vibration to notice your pet
  4. Observing your pet s reaction, make sure the training intensity moderate
  5. Check the skin of your pet to avoid any hurt caused by shock

Transmitter Instruction

  1. Short press the Power button to turn it on, and long press for 3 seconds to turn it off.
  2. In a power-on state, the following functions are available: shock, vibration, beep, level adjust by ‘+/- change the channel via the ‘ 1/2 ‘ button.
  3. In the power-on state, “+/- “is only available for shock level selection. Once press vibrates button. you can adjust the vibration level within 5 seconds. Then it will exit automatically.
  4. In power•on state, press an action button, and the corresponding symbol, and the indicator will flash on the LCD.
  5. In the power-on state. LCD will display the battery volume, if the battery bar is empty and keep flashing, it means low battery and need to be charged.
  6. In charging. the LCD battery bar will bounce one by one. Once charging is finished, the battery bar will show full and stop beating, meanwhile, the charger will be turned off automatically.

Receiver Instruction

  1. The short press the power button, the sound will beep once /twice
  2. In a power-on state, shock, vibration, and beep are all available
  3. In the standby state, the green light flashes every 3 seconds If no order is received within 5 minutes, it will change into deep sleep automatically, and the wake-up time is 3 seconds. Long press the action button on the remote transmitter for 3-5 seconds, it will be waked up.
  4. If battery power is lower than 3.2V, the red light will flash to remind you to charge it. Once battery power is lower than 3V, it will turn off automatically to protect the battery from over- discharged.
  5. During charging the green light is in a breathing state, once the charge is finished, the green light will keep on for 10 seconds and then extinguish automatically, which means full-charged, and then the charger will be turned off automatically.

How to pair the Transmitter with the Receiver?

  1. Ensure the remote transmitter and receiver are both on
  2. Long press the ON/OFF button on the receiver for 3 seconds, with the green light flashing slowly. Then press any action button on the remote transmitter, once the signal is received by the receiver, the green light will extinguish with one beep, which means successful pair. now you can control the receiver with your remote transmitter.
  3. One remote transmitter owns two channels, each channel can pair with several receivers.
  4. One receiver can only be paired with one channel, once you choose another channel to pair, the previous ID will be covered automatically.
    Notice: Please remember the paired channel, if not paired you can’t control it.

Install the Contact Points & Conductive Silicone

  1. Select the correct Contact Points and Conductive Silicone length for your dogs’ coat type:
    a)For dogs with thicker coats, use 2 pcs longer Contact Points and Conductive Silicone
    b)For dogs with shorter coats, use 2 pcs shorter Contact Points and Conductive Silicone

  2. Insert the Contact Points into the ports of the collar, use the Test Lamp with the inner hex key to rotate clockwise to tighten them

  3. Install the Conductive Silicone onto the Contact Points to make it softer, which will be better for dogs’ skin

How to test the static shock function?

  1. Take out the test bulb from the package, then put it on the Receiver Collar” s contact points

  2. Press the shock button, if the test bulb lights, it means shock mode is available

  3. Besides, the inner hex key on the test bulb, with the same size of the contact points, is designed to tighten or lose them.
    Notice: Two sizes of contact points are available, please choose the right column according to your pet and its hair length.

How to Assemble the Collar Strap?

  1. Unhitch the nylon belt and take off the Slide Buckle
  2. Thread the strap through the Receiver Collar
  3. Thread the slide buckle through the strap
  4. Thread the strap through the side release buckle
  5. Thread the remaining strap through the slide buckle to make sure the collar strap is tight

  1. Check the battery of the remote and receiver, if low power, please charge it
  2. Check the receiver, make sure it is opened
  3. Check the channel, if choose another, press 1/2 button to adjust
  4. Check the Contact Points, if too short, change to install longer ones
  5. Pair the transmitter and receiver again
