How to use

1. Please check whether the equipment model is correct and whether the accessories are complete before use.

2. In the shutdown state, install the SIM card supporting the GSM network (China Mobile or China Unicom) according to the installation method. Compatible with 2G network micro card) and activate the caller ID function and monthly data (the activation is not less than (30M/month traffic package)

3. Turn on: Press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds to turn on the device.

4. Shut down: When the mobile phone software shows that the device is online, shut it down through the remote shutdown function in the software settings. APP download and login

APP download:
You can download and install the pet locator mobile phone APP “Baiba IoT” in the following two ways.
Method one:
Please use the mobile browser or WeChat to scan the QR code of the watch function menu “APP Download” or the QR code below to download and install the APP.

Way two:
Search for “Baabawulian” in the application market of major mobile phone brands such as Android (360 Mobile Assistant, Xiaomi App Store) or Apple (APP STORE), and download and install the APP.
APP registration:
After the APP is installed, the new user needs to register an account, click the “register” icon, and follow the prompts to register and log in.
Bind pet locator
After APP registration and login, click on the pet locator bar to enter the category page. Follow the instructions to enter the product serial number for binding. After the binding is successful, you can operate the pet locator on the APP.
Tips
The QR code required by the pet locator is the IMEI code attached to the back cover of the locator.
A mobile phone number can only register one account, one account can be bound to multiple pet locators, and one pet locator can also be bound to multiple accounts. Tap the smart APP “Home”-“More”-“Unbind” to unbind the pet locator.
Based on the principle of continuous improvement and continuous development, product software and hardware will be continuously upgraded and improved, and the mobile APP will be updated from time to time. Any changes will not be notified in advance. The APP function interface of this manual takes the Android version as an example, and the product functions and specifications are subject to the actual product.

1. Take pictures
   Clicking to take a photo will take a photo of the camera angle of your pet, and the interface will immediately jump to the photo album to view the environment of your pet at any time.

2. Location (check the pet’s location in real-time)
   The map interface can display the pet’s location. Click “More” to view the electronic fence and location records. On the map interface, the pet locator’s positioning method (GPS, WIFI or base station positioning) can be displayed in real-time.

3. Low battery warning
   When the pet locator is in low battery mode, the system will automatically send warning messages to the mobile phone.

4. Electronic fence
   Set the fence range by selecting the icon on the map in “Put the Internet of Things APP”. When pets enter and exit the set electronic fence area, the system will automatically send warning messages to the mobile phone.

5. Track playback
   Log in to the mobile app and select [Location History], you can check the track of the tracker within 30 days.

6. A number of steps
   You can view the number of pets’ daily exercise steps.

Safe use and precautions

Before using the product, please read and observe the following precautions to avoid dangerous or illegal situations and ensure the best performance of this product. The box and manual have important contents, please do not throw them away. This product does not ship with a power adapter as standard. If the user wants to use a power adapter to charge this machine, our company recommends using a 5VT0.5A power adapter that has been certified by the country’s compulsory 3C. Otherwise, the product may be damaged, or even a safety hazard may occur.
[Precautions]

1. Normally, the dog will wear the locator for no more than 10 hours a day. If possible, please change the position every 2 hours to avoid damaging the dog’s skin.
2. The number of times the dog scratches and grabs the plastic shell of the positioner should be minimized.
3. The equipment is composed of plastic and electronic components. If the dog swallows any part, please go to the local pet hospital in time.
4. This product is a waterproof design, but it does not mean that it does not enter the water at all. Dogs can wear the locator in the rain, but they must be taken off before bathing or swimming to avoid additional losses. 5. Please turn off the power of the walkie-talkie and locator when not using this product to extend the battery life.

Common problems and solutions

1. The locator is hot Solution:
   a. The positioning time interval is set to less than 7 minutes, and the data is continuously uploaded, and it will become hot when the power consumption is large. It is recommended to modify the positioning time to be greater than 10 minutes;
   b. The charging time is too long.

2. The positioning position does not match the actual position
   Solution: When the device is in a relatively closed environment, the signal will be weak, and the base station positioning will deviate by 30-300 meters, which is a normal phenomenon.

3. APP does not update location information Solution:
   a. Check whether the network signal at the location of the device is normal;
   b. Check whether the device has electricity;
   c. Check whether the device is in a static state for a long time.

4. The device is in a working state but the APP is displayed as offline Solution:
   a. Check whether the SIM card on the device is in arrears;
   b. Check whether there is a network signal in the environment where the device is located.

5. The device has been located but the historical track cannot be queried
   Solution: When the signal in the network environment is poor, GPS/WiFi is not in place and switched to base station positioning. The base station positioning can be changed at any time and the track cannot be generated. This is a normal phenomenon.

6. The electronic fence does not enter and exit the alarm
   Solution: The radius of the fence is too small, and the positioning distance of the base station deviates. It is recommended that the range of the electronic fence be set to be greater than 100 meters.

FCC RF Exposure Information and Statement
The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types Smart Pet Locator (FCC ID: 2AYGW-0001) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product certification for use at the body is 1.108W/kg and Simultaneous Transmission is 1.405W/kg. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the handset kept 5mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 5mm separation distance between the user’s body and the back of the handset.
