How to install the APP

1OS and Android system mobile phones can download the APP by scanning the QR code. Open a browser or other apps with the “Scan QR Code” function and scan the following QR code to download the APP. APP name: Balan X

1OS system needs 1OS10.0 or higher, Android system needs Android 4.4 or higher.

Please note that the location must be opened before connecting to the APP, otherwise the connection will fail.

Install the APP, click the Balan X to enter the application page.

After entering the application interface, if Bluetooth is ot enabled, the application will enable the Bluetooth function of this device, please click “Allow”.

Please note that the device can only connect to one phone ata time. Make sure no other phones are connected to the device before connecting.

Open the App and click on the upper right corner of the homepage to scan for devices and add devices; You can also create groups to group the added devices

This smart light bar can be installed horizontally or vertically either on a flat-surfaced or when mounted to your PC/TV with the bracket.
Attention
- Do not plug the USB cable of the light into the first USB port, otherwise, the light will not turn on.
- If the TV remote control interferes with the smart light bar, please don’t worry, this is because the TV’s remote control is not original and needs to be replaced with an original one.
- Suitable for indoor use, not suitable for humid, high-temperature environments.
- Please stick the smart light bar on a clean and flat surface, with no dust, and no watermarks. Please test the product to see if it works before pasting.
- One-year warranty. Free repair and replacement for the quality issue, excluding artificial damage or overload work.
