Main Structure

The device mainly consists of host and laser diodes. 650nm: can only penetrate the shallow skin (2-3 cm) like the blood vessel wall to relieve shallow pain and wound healing. 830nm :can penetrate into the pain area, about 5-7 cm, so the treatment of arthritis, knee, shoulder pain, etc. Therefore, the greater the number of 830nm lasers, the better the effect of treating pain.

Operation Instructions

Functions Setting and Keys Operations

1. Turn on
2. Long press”(‘)” ( Figure 1 ).
3. In the process of turning on, buzzer will “tick”.
4. All the icons on LED screen will light up briefly when the device is turned on, and then the parameters setting will be displayed ( default factory setting: 05 minutes as shown in Figure 2) .
5. Mode Setting
6. Press “Time” to adjust treatment time. Time increases 5 min/ time; treatment time is adjustable from 05 to 30 minutes ( Figure 3).
7. When “Time” is pressed, the buzzer will “tick”, and the time icon on LED screen will change.
8. Treatment Start and Pause
9. After treatment mode, treatment time set, short press “Power” to start the device to output laser. Buzzer “tick and time counts down.
10. After treatment is finished, buzzer “tick”, LED screen returns to the setting status, and laser stops outputting.
11. If the device has to be paused in treatment process, short press”Power”.Buzzer “tick” and time display pauses.
12. Notes: After the device has been used for a while, there may be a fever. This is a normal situation. Please don’t worry. If you feel the temperature is too high, you can adjust the distance between the device and your body appropriately at this time.
13. Shutdown
14. Long press “(‘.)” to turn off. At the same time, buzzer “tick” ( Figure 4 ) .
    Note
    The device has an automatic shutdown function to save energy. In the absence of keys operation and laser output, the device will automatically turn off after 1 minute.

Treatment Recommendation
For general patients, please use once or twice a day and 20 minutes each time. 10 to 15 days is one treatment course and 5-7 days’ interval between 2 courses.
Charging Instruction

1. Please charge timely when c appears on LED screen to ensure the normal service life of batteries.
2. Please insert end A of power adaptor to a household socket (110V-220V) and insert end B of power adaptor to the jack of host for charging. Buzzer” tick” two twice and the icon of battery on LED screen shows that the device is charging. When the device is fully charged, the icon of battery display

Note

1. The charging time should be above 10 hours for the first three times.
2. Forbid replacing power adaptor to avoid damaging the device.

Signs

According to regulation in EN60825-1 : 2014 standard , each 3B laser product must be accompanied by a radiation warning sign and a radiation declarative sign.

Troubleshooting Instructions

Maintenance and Preservation

1. If the device breaks down, please check and excludethe cause according to “Trouble-shooting Instructions”. If the problems can’t be solved, please contact the nearest authorized service provider. Don’t disassemble or repair by yourself without permission to avoid unnecessary losses.
2. 2. Please use cotton soaked in neutral cleaning fluid to clean the dirty surface of the device. Don’t use organic solvents, gas etc. to clean.

3. Please use cotton soaked in alcohol to gently clean light emitting ports or lasers. Strictly forbid using any liquid to soak or hard objects to dig.
4. Please keep the device away from humidity, high temperature and direct exposure to sunlight to avoid internal components aging to reduce the lifetime.
5. Please do not place the device together with hard objects to avoid scratches on its surface or damage to lasers.
6. For charging at the first three times, please recharge after the balance of battery runs out and time shall not be less than 10 hours.
7. If the device is not used for a long time, please charge it at least every 4 to 6 months, which is beneficial for battery maintenance. As lithium battery has the charac­teristic of power consumption, if the battery can’t be charged for maintenance timely, ii will be protected automatically after over discharging. In such case, the battery should be returned to the factory for activation or replacing, which will cause unnecessary trouble for you.

Transportation and Storage

General transportation tools are allowed, but strong shocks, vibration, snow and rain splash should be avoided in tran­sportation process. The packed device shall be stored in the room with more than 80% relative humidity and without corrosive gas and well-ventilation.

2. The host can be replaced for free with warranty card in the case of quality problems under normal use within one year from purchasing date.
