INTRODUCTION
This manual provides detailed instructions for the Crank Sport, Crank Sport
Mini, and Crank Swim bone conduction open ear headphone models. All three
models offer MP3 and Bluetooth capabilities. The Crank Sport and its smaller
counterpart, the Crank Sport Mini, are versatile for general sports use, while
the Crank Swim is specifically designed for swimmers.
WATERPROOF RATINGS AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE (*IMPORTANT): Crank Sport/Crank
Sport Mini – IPX7:
Can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, suitable for
exposure to rain or sweat and brief water submersion (not suitable for
swimming).
Crank Swim – IPX8:
Designed for continuous immersion in water beyond 1 meter, ideal for prolonged
underwater activities like swimming.
IMPORTANT USER INSTRUCTIONS
FOR CRANK SWIM MODEL:
- ****The Swim model when being used in water must be in MP3 mode as Bluetooth doesn’t work underwater. To enter MP3 mode, double click the middle MFN button twice
- Due to the IPX8 waterproof rating, the Crank Swim lacks a microphone, making it unsuitable for calls or voice assistant features.
- If your phone will be near you PLEASE DISCONNECT OR TURN OFF BLUETOOTH on the headphones from the Bluetooth device to prevent it from trying to reconnect to your phone while you are swimming.

CHARGING THE HEADPHONES
Connect the original charging cable to the headphones’ magnetic charging port and to the power adapter. The headphones will be fully charged within 2 hours. Use a 5V-1A power adapter for optimal charging.
NOTE: The magnetic charging connector will align with the charging port’s polarity automatically. Ensure it snaps into place for a proper connection. Forcing the connector may cause damage.
WARNING : The battery is not user–replaceable. Only qualified professionals should handle it for recycling purposes. Tampering with the battery may damage the headphones and void your warranty. Do not expose the battery to fire to prevent any risk of explosion.
UPLOADING SONGS
Turn off the headphones, connect them to your computer using the provided magnetic charging cable. Your computer will display a prompt for the removable disk. Open the removable disk (Wildhorn Crank) and, copy your music files into it. Do not put music in folders. After copying the files, safely eject the headphones and switch them to local playback (MP3) mode by pressing the Multi- Function Button (MFB) twice quickly in standby mode.
WARNING: Do not disconnect the USB cable during the data transfer to avoid damaging the headphones.
MP3 PLAYBACK
Enter MP3 mode by pressing the M/ button 2 times. While in MP3 Mode press the M/ button 4 times quickly to change to shuffle mode.
TIPS AND MAINTENANCE
To maintain your Crank open ear headphones and ensure their longevity, please follow these tips:
- Store open ear headphones in a cool, dry place within a temperature range of 0–45°C (32–113°F). Avoid extreme temperatures.
- High volumes can damage hearing and sound may become distorted.
- Wipe off sweat from the headphones after exercise, especially around the magnetic charging port, to prevent corrosion.
- Clean the headphones with a soft, damp cloth and then dry them. Do not use harsh chemicals to clean.
- Avoid leaving the headphones in direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent damage to the components.
- Do not use the headphones in places with extreme light, temperature fluctuations, or vibrations.
- Avoid using the headphones in high-temperature environments, such as near stoves or in saunas.
- Ensure the headphones are placed on a stable surface to prevent falls.
- Children should use this device under adult supervision. The headphones are not toys.
