    INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • The filter will rise with the copper pipe. Drain it for a moment in the opening to ensure that fuel doesn’t drip all over the machine room

REPLACING THE FILTER, NOZZLE AND THE GASKET KIT

  • Detach the filter with a 14 mm spanner and turn the nut anticlockwise.
    REPLACING THE FILTER

  • Once the nut is disconnected from the filter, carefully pull the pipe out of the filter and ensure that both O-rings are connected to the pipe.
    REPLACING THE FILTER

  • Attach the copper pipe to the new filter with the O-rings, and tighten the nut while carefully holding the top of the filter. Insert the fuel filter back into the tank and connect the hoses. Please note that the shortest hose goes to the solenoid, and the hose with the clip goes to the fuel pump inlet pipe (longest pipe of the pump).
    REPLACING THE FILTER

  • Open the nozzle damper screws (4 pcs).
    REPLACING THE FILTER

  • Lift the damper out to access the igniter screw and air flow regulator screw.
    REPLACING THE FILTER

    REPLACING THE FILTER

  • After this, clean the air flow regulator and damper and install them into place
    REPLACING THE FILTER
.First place the air flow regulator on the nozzle frame. Then tighten the igniter screw, adjust the air flow regulator to the correct position in the centre of the igniter and tighten the screw.

  • Put the damper in its place and make sure that the guiding groove is in the correct position. Tighten the screws. The burner is now ready to be connected to the heater.
    REPLACING THE FILTER

  • Remove the gaskets (2 pcs) from the heating pipe and install new ones in the same order. The grey gasket goes first followed by the white/chrome gasket, ensuring that the chrome surface is against the burner.
    REPLACING THE FILTER

  • Install the burner and tighten the screws. Before tightening, check the position of the burner to ensure that it is in the centre of the heating pipe by confirming that the fastening nuts are symmetrically in the appropriate grooves. (See images on phase 3)

  • Install the fuel hose and power cables. (See images of work phases 1–2)

  • Connect the power cable to the power socket and press the power switch to activate the heater

  • Remember to bleed the burner to discharge any air from the system. (Bleeding instructions can be found in the manual.)

  • Test run the device for at least 10 min and ensure that everything is in order. The heater is ready for use.

SOOTY AIR NOZZLE?

  • If the air nozzle is extremely sooty, the burner has been affected by a lack of ventilation. Check the manual to see how ventilation should be arranged and rectify the situation. The air nozzle must also be replaced!
