Important safety instructions
Hearing Safety
Danger
- To avoid hearing damage, limit the time you use headphones at a high volume and set the volume to a safe level. The louder the volume, the shorter the safe listening time is.
Be sure to observe the following guidelines when using your earpieces.
- Listen to reasonable volumes for reasonable periods of time.
- Be careful not to adjust the volume continuously upwards as your hearing adapts.
- Do not turn up the volume so high that you can’t hear what’s around you.
- You should use caution or temporarily discontinue use in potentially hazardous situations.
- Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss.
- Using headphones with both ears covered while driving is not recommended and may be illegal in some areas while driving.
- For your safety, avoid distractions from music or phone calls while in traffic or other potentially dangerous environments.
General information
To avoid damage or malfunction:
Caution
- Do not expose headphones to excessive heat
- Do not drop your headphones.
- Headphones shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing.
- Do not allow your headphones to be submerged in water.
- Do not use any cleaning agents containing alcohol, or ammonia. benzene, or abrasives.
- If cleaning is required use a soft doth. if necessary dampened with a minimum amount of water or diluted mild soap, to clean the product.
- The integrated battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, re, or the like.
- The danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
About operating and storage temperatures and humidity
- Operate or store in a place where the temperature is between 0°C (32°F) and 60°C (140°F) (up to 90% relative humidity.
- Battery life may be shorter in high or low-temperature conditions.

A mobile phone or device (e.g. notebook, PDA, Bluetooth adapters, MP3 players,
etc) which supports Bluetooth and is compatible to the earpieces
Pair the earpieces with your Bluetooth device for the first time

Turn on the charging box switch (blue or red light is on)

Open the top cover of the charging box and take out the earphones.
(Important note: Turn on the charging box switch before opening the charging box, which is the premise of the headset automatically turning on) -
Pair with other devices: Open the phone or other device Bluetooth settings search for the Bluetooth name TWS-T9, click to connect to Bluetooth

The headset is placed in the charging box to enter the charging mode, and the headset is automatically turned off.

TWS-T9 wireless headphones can be connected separately and separately to other Bluetooth devices.

TWS-T9 wireless headset will automatically shut down if it is not connected to the Bluetooth device for 5 minutes.
Touch function description
- Touch the position of the left ear and right ear, tap 1 time to answer the call, and touch 2 times to switch songs, Long press for 3 seconds for Siri function, long press for 5 seconds to shut down
- After turning off the phone, the headset will automatically connect back to the phone;
- The whole machine has Chinese and English switching. When the device is not connected, it can be switched by double-touching. The factory default English
- The earphones have sounds for the left and right ears of the two-channel conversation;
- Headphone music playback time is about 3-4hours, and talk time is about 12 hours. and standby time is about 6 hours;
- The charging battery capacity is 300AH, and the headphone battery capacity is 30mAh;
- The charging time is 70 minutes;
- The charging box lakes 1hour, the charging box has a capacity of 300mAh, and the charging red light flashes constantly;
- The charging box can charge the earphone for about 4times;
- When the earphone is charging, the red light is always on, and the full light is off;
- When the charging box is charging the earphone, the blue light is always on.

Frequently asked questions
My Bluetooth earpieces do not turn on.
The battery level is low. Charge the earpieces.
I cannot pair my Bluetooth earpieces with my Bluetooth device.
The Bluetooth is disabled. Enable the Bluetooth feature on your Bluetooth
device and turn on the Bluetooth device before you turn on the earpieces.
Pairing does not work.
- Put both earpieces into the charging case.
- Make sure you have disabled the Bluetooth function of any previously connected Bluetooth devices.
- On your Bluetooth device, delete “T9” from the Bluetooth list.
- Pair your earpieces
The audio quality is poor and crackling noise can be heard.
- The Bluetooth device is out of range. Reduce the distance between your earpieces and Bluetooth device, or remove obstacles between them.
- Charge your earpieces.
The audio quality is poor when streaming from the mobile phone is very slow, or audio streaming does not work at all. Make sure your mobile phone not only supports (mono) HSP/HFP but also supports A2DP and is BT4.0x (or higher) compatible
I cannot connect the earpieces to another device, what do I do?
- make sure the Bluetooth function of the previously paired device is turned off.
- Repeat the pairing procedure on your second device
I hear sound from only one earpiece.

If you are in a call, it is normal that sound comes from the right and left earpieces.

If you are listening to music but sound only comes from one earpiece:
• The other earpiece may be out of battery. For optimal performance, charge both earpieces fully. -
The right and left earpieces are disconnected from each other, Turn off both earpieces first. Then put both earpieces back into the charging case and take them out. This will turn the earpieces on and connect the two earpieces. Reconnect the earpieces to your Bluetooth device.
