Yes. Noise Champ has an IP68 rating. It can go underwater up to a depth of
1.5m for up to 30 minutes. However, avoid saunas, hot water, and ocean water.
Can Noise Champ be used while swimming?
You can wear the smart band in the swimming pool but cannot use it while
swimming.
Can I take a photo with Noise Champ?
Noise Champ does not feature a camera.

Can we change the watch face?
Yes, you can change the watch faces. From the band, touch and hold the home
screen. Swipe and choose from the watch faces. From the app, go to the Device
Screen, you can download the desired watch face from the watch face market and
set it as the Champ watch face.
How do I increase the brightness of my Noise Champ?
You can set the brightness from the NoiseFit Assist app. Go to Device Screen,
and select more settings where you find the Screen brightness settings. Click
on screen brightness settings and adjust from Level 1 to Level 5 as per your
convenience.
How do I use the stopwatch on my Noise Champ?
Go to Stopwatch on your Champ. Long press to enter into the stopwatch profile.
Click once on the touch to start, pause and resume. Long press will end the
count and take you back to the stopwatch profile.
What sensors does the Noise Champ have?
Noise Champ features an HR sensor and Accelerometer.
What are the accessories included with Noise Champ?
Noise Champ comes with one user manual and a magnetic charging cable
GETTING STARTED
How do I set up the Noise Champ device?
Before setting up make sure that your smartphone and Noise Champ are charged
and are next to each other. Connect the charging cable to turn on the band.
Download the NoiseFit Assist app on your smartphone. Open the NoiseFit Assist
app and allow the Bluetooth and GPS positioning to be turned on. Feed-in your
personal information and health goals in the app. Go to the add device page in
the app and select the device type and link the watch.
Why won’t my Noise Champ device sync?
This may be because it might have lost Bluetooth connectivity with your
smartphone. For a stable connection, please ensure that the NoiseFit Assist
app is running and locked in the background.
Why didn’t my Noise Champ device alert me?
Noise Champ doesn’t support Notifications since it connects with the parent’s
mobile phones.
How do I reboot/restart my Noise Champ?
You can reboot/restart your Noise Champ smartwatch by following these steps.
1. Go to Device Screen on the NoiseFit Assist App. 2. Click on the Noise
Champ Device seen on the top of that page. 3. Click on the Restart Device
option to reboot the Champ watch, and it restarts automatically.
How do I turn off my Noise Champ?
There is no operation to turn off the Noise Champ.
BATTERY & CHARGING
What are the battery capacity and standby time?
It features a 90mAh battery with up to 7-day battery life & 20-day standby.
Stand-by time is the maximum tested time that a single charge will last when
the smartwatch is used as a regular watch.
How do I know when my device is charged?
Noise Champ takes approximately 2 hours to charge completely. It will display
a 100% Charged message once the battery is at full capacity.
How do I check the battery level on my Noise Champ device?
You can see the battery range on the selected watch faces. If you want to know
the battery percentage, go to the Device page on the NoiseFit Assist app.
How can I extend my Noise Champ device’s battery life?
You can extend the battery life in your device by turning down the brightness
level and turning off the All-Day Heart Rate measurement.
Which adaptor should I use to charge my Noise Champ?
Please use a low-power adapter or you can plug the charging cable into a
laptop or PC USB port. Do not use a fast-charging adapter as it may damage the
watch in the long run.

What’s the name of the app?
The name of the app is NoiseFit Assist.
How do I manage the NoiseFit Assist profile?
You can manage the NoiseFit Assist profile from the app. Open the App, go to
Settings and Profile and manage the profile.
How do I connect with friends on the Noise Champ app?
We don’t have this feature in NoiseFit Assist App.
How do I track my children’s activity with my NoiseFit Assist app?
You can track the workout on the Daily Report section of the app. Open the
NoiseFit Assist app. Go to the Daily Report section of the page and get the
daily report.
How do I change the units of measurement on the Noise Champ device?
The units of measurement are set on the NoiseFit Assist app. You cannot change
the units of measurement once set.

How does Noise Champ sync data?
Noise Champ syncs data over a Bluetooth connection with the NoiseFit Assist
app.
Does the watch sync with any other app?
Yes, it can sync with Google Fit and Apple Health via NoiseFit Assist App.

Yes, Noise Champ has activity tracking. It tracks steps, calories, and
distance.
How does Noise Champ estimate how many calories are burned?
Noise Champ estimates the number of calories burned based on the heart rate,
activity duration, steps taken, distance covered, height, weight, and age.
How do I track my heart rate with my Noise Champ?
Noise Champ can detect heart rate both manually or automatically. You can
track your heart rate with the NoiseFit Assist App.
Why don’t I see my heart rate on the Noise Champ?
You can see heart rate on the Noise Champ smart band provided your kid is
wearing it on their wrist and there is no space between the band and wrist.
For detailed analysis, check the NoiseFit Assist app.
Does this band synchronize sleep if the app is not connected?
Yes, Noise Champ will measure sleep even if not connected with the app. The
data will be synced to the app, once connected. You can also view the daily
sleep data on your smartwatch.
