Replace The Earbuds
Choose the right size for the user, then connect the soft gel to the main hearing amplifier, which is equipped with five different sizes of earplugs. Note: Please try to find a suitable size of earbuds to fit tightly in your ear if there is the whistling happened
Replace Earplugs
When attaching an earbud, be sure to press with enough force that you feel a pop or click when it connects. Check to make sure the earbud is not pressed flat against the hearing amplifier because this can block the sound receiver. The earbud will connect firmly and click into place but still leave a slight amount of space between the tip of the hearing amplifier and the earbud itself.
Volume Control
Adjust the volume with a screwdriver:
- Turn the volume up by the clockwise rotation
- Turn the volume down by anti-clockwise rotation
Remark: Keep the volume at a low level when you wear it the first time. Then you can increase the volume slowly to find the best sound level
Power Switch
To turn your device on, turn the power switch to the side labeled “N.” To Turn your device off, turn the power switch to the side labeled “O.”
Inserting Into Ear
The device does not have a right or left specific side, but instead is interchangeable. Simply hold the hearing amplifier upright, then insert it into the ear as deep as is comfortable.
Charging The Hearing Device
- When the device volume is turned down or not working well, it might be in low power. Please charge in time.
- Please turn ‘OFF’ when you’re going to charge, put the device into the charger(Figure 1,2), and close the charger box. Please make sure the device is put into the charger like in Figure 2, devices are placed outward.
- Connect the USB smaller side to the charger box(Figure 3), plug it into the power adapter, and connect it with the 220V power outlet.
- When plugged in, the charging box emits blue light. The Red Light indicates that it is charging (Fig. 4) and the green light indicates that it is fully charged (Fig. 5)
Cleaning Hearing Device
Get the cleaning brush from the accessory box. Remove the ear dome from your device. Use the cleaning brush to remove wax, dirt, or any debris from both the ear dome and the device itself. The dome may be run under warm water, but be sure the ear domes are completely dry before reattaching to your device.
Remove The Hearing Device
Hold the hearing amplifier with your thumb and index finger and gently pull it out of the ear canal. Note:
- While removing the hearing amplifier, open and close the mouth and pull the auricle back with the other hand This makes it easier to remove the hearing amplifier.
- Wear and removing hearing amplifiers need a lot of practice. hearing amplifiers are very delicate items. Falling can cause damage to a hearing amplifier so it is best to wear and remove the hearing amplifier In a soft environment on the surface.
Important Note
- Please don’t use the hearing amplifier at a high volume for a long time. It will damage your hearing.
- Please maintain the product all the time in order to avoid the earplug and microphone opening being blocked by outer objects.
- Please don’t use it when showering, swimming, raining or wet environment, please don’t expose the hearing amplifier under sunshine or get close to a stove or other heat sources.
- Please protect the hearing amplifier carefully and avoid dropping it on the floor.
- Please use the specified battery and charger exclusively developed for the hearing amplifier.
- Do not disassemble or modify the hearing amplifier.
- Keep the hearing amplifier away from the children
