PTron Basspods 992 ANC TWS Earbuds

Control Buttons Descripion

Smart Power On & Pairing:

1.  Take out both the earbuds from the charging case Or Touch TSA on both the earbuds for 3 seconds.
2.  Wait for 3- 5 seconds until & R earbuds pair to each other.
3.  Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone & search “PTron ANC” to connect with the device.

Mode Change:
Touch TSA on the right earbud for 2 sec to change the modes (ANC ON, Transparency mode & ANC OFF)
Note: Whenever you will switch on the buds you need to change the mode. The default mode is ANC OFF.

Smart Power Off:
Touch TSA on both the earbuds for 3 seconds Or Keep both the earbuds in the charging case.
Note: TSA stands for Touch Sensitive Area

Connectivity Bluetooth – Automatic:
Just turn on the Bluetooth earbuds. They will automatically connect to the last connected device (Instant wake & pair technology).

Calling or Music through Mono & Dual Buds:

• Mono Bud Use – Just place the right or left earbud back into the charging case.
• Dual Buds Use – Use less& right earbuds together.

Awake Voice Assistant :
Touch TSA on the left earbud for 2 seconds.

Call & Music Functions:

• Answer/Hangup a Phone Call – Touch TSA on either earbud once.
• Reject a Phone Call – Touch TSA on either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Music Play/Pause – Touch TSA on either earbud once. Next Song – Touch right earbud TSA twice.
• Previous Song – Touch left earbud TSA twice.

Note: TSA stands for Touch Sensitive Area

Charging the Earbuds:

1.  Place both the earbuds into the charging case properly. The earbuds will power off automatically when placed into the case
2.  The white LED indicator of the charging case is permanently ON during charging.

Charging the Case:

1.  Connect the Type-C USB cable to the charging case and the USB end to a 5V power source.
2.  After 1.5 hours of charging remove it from the power supply.

Caution:

Using incompatible USB cables or high voltage chargers can damage the product & void the product warranty. We strongly recommend using DC5V-1A chargers & the USB cable included in the package.

 Troubleshooting:

Scenario 1: One Earbud is Not Working.

1.  Place both the earbuds into the charging case.
2.  Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
3.  Wait until & R earbud pairs to each other. After successful matching, only 1 earbud will flash Blue & Red light.
4.  Turn ON the Bluetooth on your phone, search for “PTron ANC” & connect.

Scenario 2: Earbuds Not Connecting/Scanning

1.  Place both earbuds into the charging case.
2.  Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
3.  Restart your Bluetooth device or phone.
4.  Now, search for ” PTron ANC” on your Bluetooth device & connect.

Scenario 3: Earbuds Disconnecting During a Phone Call

1.  Charge earbuds 100% before use.
2.  Restart the earbuds and reconnect with your device.
