CHARGING UP THE POWER
We recommend fully charging your Wireless Power Bank before use.
To charge your Wireless Power Bank, plug it into a power source using the
included USB-C to USB-C charge cable.
The (white) Power Indicator Lights will flash consecutively when charging.
They will stop flashing and all the white lights will turn solid white once
fully charged. Please remove the USB-C charge cord after Power Bank is fully
charged. (2-3 Hours for a full charge)
WIRELESS CHARGING
WIRELESSLY OR USB-C CABLE
- Press the Power Button, the Power Level Indicator Lights will turn on and the Red Light will be Solid.
- To start wireless charging simple place your smartphone or AirpodsTM on top of the Wireless Power Bank. For MagSafe compatible devices you will feel a slight magnetic pull to perfectly align your phone for the fastest wireless charging.
- For Airpods™, place the case in the center of the charging circle on top of the Latch to start charging. The Red Light on the Latch will start blinking when charging is active.

USING THE 5000 MAH POWER BANK TO CHARGE
- Press the Power Button, the Power Level Indicator Lights will turn on indicating how much of a charge is in the Latch. The Red Light will be solid.
- Plug the included USB-C to USB-C charge cable into the USB-C port on the bottom of the Latch and plug the other end of the cable into the USB-C port of your mobile device to start charging.
PASS THROUGH CHARGING
With pass through charging technology the Latch Wireless Power Bank has the ability to charge itself and charge devices at the same time. It’s very helpful if you always want your power bank to be at full capacity. This way, when you do need to go mobile, your power bank and device are at full capacity. Plug the Latch into a power source to charge it and now when you use the wireless charging pad it will also charge your device.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
- For best performance, fully charge the Latch before charging other devices.
- Do not try to disassemble the Latch.
- Do not scratch the surface with sharp things.
- It is normal for the battery to heat up during its charge. The temperature should be below 113 Fahrenheit & does not affect the Latch performance.
- All products have passed the strict quality inspection, Do not use the battery if it gives off an odor, generates heat, becomes deformed, abrasion, damaged or appears abnormal in any way.
- Do not access the input/output simultaneously. It may affect the product’s performance and not charge properly.
- Keep the Latch away from direct sunlight or hot places. High temperatures will shorten the life of electronic devices, destroy the battery or distort certain plastic parts.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use intensive chemical products or detergent to clean the product.
- Charge the product at least once every three months, to prevent the batteries from drying out.
