POWER UP

  1. Insert 2-AA batteries into your Outdoor Sensor.
  2. Insert 2-AA batteries into your Atomic Clock.
  3. Once the Outdoor Sensor is reading to your clock, place it outside in a shaded location to protect from the sun’s heat.

POWER UP

ATOMIC TIME SIGNAL – WWVB

  • Your Clock will automatically search for the Atomic Time Signal at UTC 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00.
  • Hold the – (MINUS) button to manually search for the WWVB Atomic Time Signal.
  • While searching the Tower Icon will flash. The Tower Icon will be solid when the WWVB Signal is received by your clock.

SETTINGS

  1. Hold the °F/°C button to enter the Settings Menu.
  2. Use the + or – button to adjust and °F/°C button to confirm.
  3. Press the SNOOZE button at any time to exit.

Settings menu order:

  • WWVB ON/OFF
  • Time Zone
  • DST (Daylight Saving Time) ON/OFF
  • 12/24 Hour Time
  • Hour
  • Minutes
  • Year
  • Month
  • Date

TIME ZONE

AST = Atlantic
EST = Eastern
CST = Central
MST = Mountain
PST = Pacific
AKT = Alaska
HAT = Hawaii

WWVB OFF: When WWVB OFF is selected, you will skip to 12/24 Hour Time setting.
Weekday: The Weekday will set automatically when your Year, Month and Date are set.

FAHRENHEIT/CELSIUS

  • Press and release the °F/°C button to toggle between Fahrenheit or Celsius Temperature display.

The buttons are located at the top of your clock.

ºF/ºC| Hold to enter the Settings Menu. Press to select Fahrenheit or Celsius Temperature display
+ (PLUS)| Settings Menu: Press to increase value. Hold to increase quickly.
(MINUS)| Settings Menu: Press to decrease value. Hold to decrease quickly. Hold to start or stop Atomic Time Signal search.
SNOOZE| Press to Snooze Alarm for 10 minutes. The Snooze Icon Zz will show
ALARM| Hold to enter Alarm Settings. Press to activate/deactivate alarm. Alarm Icon will show when alarm is active.

RESTART

If the Outdoor Temperature shows dashes on the clock please follow these steps

  1. Remove batteries from both devices.
  2.  Press any button on the clock at least 20 times, then wait 15 minutes.
  3. Install fresh batteries into both your sensor and clock. Within a minute or two your outdoor temperature should return.
    Note: Press the TX button inside the sensor’s battery compartment to force a transmission.

SENSOR WEATHER SHIELD

  • The Sensor Weather Shield is designed to protect your outdoor sensor from rain and snow.
  • This shield will offer limited protection from the sun’s heat.

  • Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Do not mix Alkaline, Lithium, standard, or rechargeable batteries.
  • Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for intended use.
  • Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
  • Ensure the batteries have with correct polarity (+ / -).
  • Remove batteries from equipment that will not to be used for an extended period.
  • Promptly remove expired batteries.
