Product Description

Machines have different hardware configurations depending on the product type. The product has different functions due to the different appearance of the product and the different hardware interfaces. The hardware configuration of this product is mainly described as follows:

•  The difference between the main chip and the sensor. The highest resolution supported is different: 720P, and 1080P.
•  Power Input Interface: Carefully verify the power supply requirements of the device. Usually, there is a 5V power supply, and 12 V power supply, please plug in the correct power supply. If the power is not correct, it may cause the camera to be amaged or unable to start. It is recommended to use the power adapter of the manufacturer.
•  Wi-Fi Function: The device should have Wi-Fi capability. A built-in Wi-Fi module is required and a Wi-Fi antenna is required. The Wi-Fi antenna has several forms such as a built-in antenna, an integrated antenna, and a separate antenna. If it is a separate antenna, it will be used packaging accessory. When using it, you need to screw the antenna to the antenna interface.
•  Infrared Light: Infrared light is used for nighttime illumination of the network camera. The brightness and quantity of the infrared light determine the effective distance of night vision.
•  IR-cUT: Filter switching device. Switch to other filters during the day and night to disable or allow infrared light to pass. Rendering color images during the day. Night Vision black and white images at night.
•  Lens: The lens focuses on the image and the focal length of the lens is different. The angle of view also corresponds to the difference. The lens has been adjusted at the factory using the instrument to optimize the state.
•  PTZ: It can remotely control the rotation of the gimbal to realize viewing from different angles. Because the structure is different. Some devices have a PlZ function and some do not have a PlZ function. And the PlZ rotation angle is also different.
•  TF Card Slot: Some products support TF card slots due to different models. Some models do not support it. Maximum support for 128GB TF card.
•  Bullt-ln Microphone: With the built-in microphone, the camera con capture live sound.
•  Built-in Speaker: Plays sounds such as device startup. Configure voice. Dialogue voice, etc.
•  Reset Button: After the system starts normally, press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds. The device restores the factory defaults and restarts;
•  Indicator: The blue indicator is the Wi-Fi indicator. The red light is the power indicator. For details, see the work of the relevant Indicator lights status Table
•  Photo Sensor: sensing ambient light through the inductor. To control the day and night mode of the camera.

APP download

• * You can search for” AJCloud ” download software in the App Store /Google

  • Scan the QR code jump link to download the APP.

Account Register

• Open AJCloud App
• then select Sig n up.

Create a password at least 8 characters long. Your password must include three of the following:

• At least one uppercase
• At least one lowercase
• At least one
• You will receive an email with your Activation Link. Open the link to activate your account.
• Go back to log in to your account after activation is successful.

Sign in

For the initial use, the User must log in to the account with your account email and password, then user can use Gesture login for Android devices, and Touch ID for iOS devices.

Gesture Login Setting

Select [ Me J – [ Account secure ty] – [ Gesture log in ]

Touch ID Fingerprint Sign In

**Password Modification**

User can change password through [ Me ] – [ Account securi ty] – [ Change Password ] If the password is forgoTTen, please set new password by clicking IForgot password? ]

Management

Add Camera

CD Power On-Camera Power on the camera with the supplied power cord and put the camera near to the router.
Add Camera
Open the AJCloud App. Please tap (Add device) or the l+l button and select your camera model.  TIP: Connect your mobile phone to 2.4G Wi-Fi before pairing the camera ( 5G Is not supported ).

Pairing Wi-Fi

•  Check if the camera’s indicator is flashing Blue and Red. if yes, tap “Flashing·. If there is no blue light,please press and hold the RST button for 3- 5seconds to restore the factory settings.

•  You will see your 2.4G WiFi is located (remember your phone should connect 2.4GHz network), enter the correct password, then Next.

•  Scan your QR Code.
  Please put the phone in front of camera about 3-8 inches. Once the QR Scan is scanned, tap “Next”. You will hear a voice prompt on both the camera and your device: QR code scanning is successful”.

•  During connecting, th blue light will flash quickly. Once paired, you will hear “WiFi is connected”, and the blue light will flash slowly.

When you hear “The pairing is successful, you can start using the camera nowu, the APP will switch to a page that you can modify the camera name. Now you can enjoy the video from camera!

Delete Camera

•  Once the camera is deleted, the camera will be back to factory default.
•  Tap Settng button, then select Device management, then you can delete the camera.

Camera Functions

1.  Multiple View
2.  Add Device
3.  Camera Name
4.  Replay
5.  Press  to mute the video.
6.  Hold Q to talk to the camera.
7.  Press to manually record to the phone storage, and can check the local record from Me-Local Video.
8.  Press 1 to snap pictures to phone storage, and can check the local picture from the Me-Local photo.
   Note: TF card video recording is only available in LAN.

Console (only tor P1Z camera)

Press the middle white circle and move it in the grey area, you can control the camera through this way . Note : There will be a delay, which is related to your mobile network and the wireless network connected to your camera.

Position (Only for P1Z camera)

You can collect the current position for quick browsing, user can set 4 positions. After you set the position, the camera will cruise within the range. To add a new position, go back to Console and move the camera to other position, then go back to add the new position.

Users can check the motion alarm here if the motion alert is enabled on Settings Motion alert. On this page, the latest 2 videos will be displayed, to check all the alerts, please go to Alert page ( on the alert page, user can check the recent two days short videos for free, if cloud service is subscribed, user can check the recent days, if more than 7 days, please check it from Cloud page to replay the video).

Replay

Here user can replay the recorded alarm alert on cloud storage (should subscribe the cloud service) or Memory card (only in Lan network). Press lX there are 2X 4X to fast forward the recorded video. Blue fragment means there are motion alerts. User can use 2 fingers to enlarge the fragment to choose a more specific time period. User can delete the alerts saved on cloud by tapping lfil selecting the fragment that you want to delete, or you can delete the whole day.

Multiple View
Press B3 , user can set up Multiple view mode to view different cameras at the same time. On multiple view mode, the video is streaming at 480P resolution.

Settings

Press@ to enter Settings, and user can name the camera, share the camera to other family members, set up audio, night vision, alert and SD card recording etc.

Camera Name

you can find the camera ID and set the camera name here. Max character is 16 git.

Camera On/Oli
You can choose to turn the camera on or off.
Invite family members

Tap Settings-Invite family members or press to enter share device, you can share the camera feed with family members. Share up to 3 people.

Image and Audio

• Image Rotation: User can rotate the image if the camera is installed upside down.

• Auto Night vision: Default is on, if the camera night vision is not working, please make sure whether the Auto Night vision is enabled.

• Camera Microphone: Default is on, and user can adjust the Speaker volume according to your needs.
  6.5 Camera Time zone

• You can set the exact time zone for your camera, if you and your camera are in different time zones, then the camera will send you real-time alert notification according to your setting.

Motion Alert

The camera will alert when it detect motion if you turn on this button. Alert will be triggered with a short video around l Os only when middle-low/ normal/ middle high/ high activity is detected.
You can set all-day schedule, or at most 2 customized schedule, within 24 hours. User can check the alert video from Alert Page. User can check the current and the previous day’s alerts video for free, if want to check more videos, please subscribe cloud service.

Memory card storage

User can insert a 8G-l 28GB Micro SD card into the SD card slot, when there is motion detected, a short video will be saved to the memory card, and user can set up a different plan from the Schedule, could set all day or 2 customize time.

Device Information

User can check the camera’s ID, Firmware, IP address, and WiFi MAC information.

Network

User can check the camera’s WiFi name, and can set up camera to another WiFi network. User can restart the camera or restore the camera to factory settings, please be noted, if the camera restore to factory settings, the camera should be set up WiFi again. And user can delete the camera from here too.
