The LifeGoods Aroma Diffuser is ideal for aromatherapy and relaxation. Enjoy your favorite essential oils of aromas and simply set one of your favorite colors for an extra calming effect! The diffuser has a water reservoir of 300 ML, is equipped with four positions, and makes hardly any noise.

Warnings and Safety Instructions

  • Please ensure that the packaging is kept out of the reach of children! Risk of suffocation!

  • Make sure to keep this user manual. Read the manual carefully before using your LifeGoods Aroma Diffuser!
    General

  • Be aware of the risks and consequences resulting from misuse of the Aroma Diffuser Misuse of the diffuser can result in personal injury, or destruction of the device.

  • Use the Aroma Diffuser only for purposes described in this user manual.

  • If the Aroma Diffuser malfunctions, is dropped or (appears to be) damaged in any manner, do NOT use the diffuser and contact Customer Service.

  • The Aroma Diffuser is designed and intended for private, non-commercial use only.

  • When you are not using the Aroma Diffuser, turn the device off and disconnect the device from the power socket

  • Do NOT disconnect the Aroma Diffuser from its power supply by pulling the cable.

  • Do NOT carry or pull the device by its cable.

  • Make sure that you do NOT trip over the cable. The cable should not be kinked, trapped or twisted. The diffuser turns off automatically when the water is vaporized.

  • For hygienic purposes, pour out the leftover water through the “Drain Side” and dry the tank thoroughly with a dry and clean cloth.

  • Do not use acids or enzymes to clean the diffuser, these can emit toxic fumes or cause the diffuser to malfunction.
    Persons and Use

  • The Aroma Diffuser should NOT be used by children or persons with physical, sensory or mental disabilities, or persons with lack of experience with and knowledge of the

  • device, unless they are supervised or have been given instruction concerning the use by a person responsible for their safety.

  • Keep the Aroma Diffuser away from children when using and storing.
    Electronics

  • Do NOT reconstruct, repair or disassemble the Aroma Diffuser. This can damage the device. For safety reasons, these parts may only be replaced by authorized service personnel. In order to pre-vent hazards, always send the diffuser to the service centre for repairs.

  • Make sure your outlet supplies the correct power voltage to avoid damaging the diffuser.

  • Always check the power cord and plug before using the Aroma Diffuser. Do NOT operate the diffuser if the cord or plug are damaged. A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by a qualified person in order to avoid damages and personal injuries.

  • Do NOT use the Aroma Diffuser in or near a bath, shower, swimming pool, or over a basin filled with water. Do NOT operate the device with damp or wet hands and do

  • NOT touch the power cord with damp or wet hands. Do NOT submerge the Aroma diffuser in water.

  • If the power fails during usage, turn off the Aroma Diffuser immediately and pull the plug from the socket.

  • Keep the Aroma Diffuser away from direct sunlight, heat and areas where the surrounding tempe-rature is relatively hot (e.g. stoves or other sources of heat), air conditioners or ventilators/

  • Do NOT cover the Aroma Diffuser when it is switched on. Never put blankets or cushions on top of or against the diffuser. This poses a risk of fire, electric shock or injury.

  • If you detect smoke or a burning smell, unplug the Diffuser immediately.

  • Do not turn the Aroma Diffuser on when the water reservoir is empty.

  • Do not touch the ultrasonic vibration plate.

  • Always remove the plug and turn the diffuser off when changing the oil or cleaning the diffuser.
    Other

  • Clean the diffuser on a regular basis to avoid damages or malfunctions.

  • Do not exceed the “MAX” indication limit.

  • Essential oils can cause stains. If this occurs, wipe the stains away with a soft and clean cloth.

  • Use the measurement cup to add water to the water reservoir. Do not fill the diffuser with tap water directly from the tap.

  • Do not let the mist get onto furniture, clothing, walls, etc.

  • Always place the diffuser on a stable and flat surface. Do not place it on carpet, bedding or unsta-ble surfaces.

  • Keep the diffuser away from electronic devices, such as TV’s and car devices.

  • Only use tap water, do not use mineral water or sparkling water.

  • Do not move the Aroma Diffuser when it is turned on.

  • The amount and intensity of mist produced will vary. This is normal and does not indicate any malfunctions.

  • Only add 100% natural essential oils. Oils that contain chemical ingredients or impurities may cause damage to the diffuser.

  • Clean the diffuser when you change the oils

  • If the upper lid is not attached, the diffuser will not turn on.

  • The Aroma Diffuser turns off automatically when there is insufficient water in the tank.

Receiving Your Shipment

  • When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. If the equipment appears to be damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage. Save the damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

Operating Instructions

  • Always remove the plug and turn the diffuser off when changing the oil or cleaning the diffuser.
    How to Use

  • Place the diffuser upright and remove the lid and water cap.

  • Connect the AC adapter to the DC jack in the main body of the diffuser. Do NOT plug the adapter into a power source.

  • Fill up the measuring cup with cold water and pour it into the diffuser. Caution: Do not exceed the “MAX” limit. Make sure the diffuser is turned off when adding the water. Add oil to the water. Put the lid on the diffuser and turn it to the desired position. If the lid is not attached, the diffuser will not work.

  • Connect the plug with a power socket.

  • Push the “MIST” button and choose the desired time frame (1, 3, 6 or continuous “ON”). Push the “MIST” button five times to activate the mist function.

  • Push the “LIGHT” button to turn on the LED light. You can choose between seven colours: Pink, green, blue, yellow, orange, red, ocean.lifegoods LG850 Aroma Diffuser FIG 1

Note : The Aroma Diffuser turns off automatically when there is insufficient water in the tank.
Leakage

  • Follow the following steps when the diffuser has been tilted or knocked over:
  • Turn the diffuser off, remove the plug from the power socket and remove the lid.
  • Pour the leftover water out of the water reservoir.

Troubleshooting

Problem Solution

The diffuser does not turn on or off.

| – Make sure that there is enough water in the tank.

– Check if the adapter is connected correctly.

– Check if the lid is positioned correctly.

No mist or abnormal mist.

| –        Make sure that there is enough water in the tank.

–                      Check if the ultrasonic plate is clean.

–                     Check if the lid is positioned correctly.

Leakage

| –  Check if the lid is positioned correctly.

–  Check the temperature and humidity

Maintenance and Cleaning

  1. Clean the diffuser after using it 5-6 times or after 3-5 days.
  2. Remove the plug from the power socket and remove the lid.
  3. Pour out the leftover water.
  4. Clean the water reservoir with a little lukewarm water and a mild, neutral detergent.
  5. Make sure that the water does not enter the ventilation system.
  6. Do not use acids or enzymes to clean the diffuser, these can emit toxic fumes or cause the diffuser to malfunction.
  7. If you are not using the diffuser for an extended period of time, drain the water from the tank, dry the diffuser and store it. Clean the water reservoir first with a mild and neutral detergent when you want to use the diffuser after having stored it.

Storage

  • Store the Aroma diffuser in a clean and dry place. Do not store the device in extreme high or extre-me low temperatures.

Disposal – Recycle

  • Contribute to a cleaner living environment! Do not dispose of the diffuser with the household waste. For proper recycling, please contact your local authority or your household waste disposal service for further details on your nearest designated collection point.

Service and Warranty

  • If you need service or information regarding your product, please contact the LifeGoods Customer Support at service@lifegoods.nl
  • LifeGoods provides a 2 year warranty on its products. To obtain service during the warranty period, the product needs to be returned with a proof of purchase. Product defects have to be reported within 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: damages caused by misuse or incorrect repair; parts subject to wear; defects that the customer was aware of at the time of purcha-se; damages or defects caused by customer neglect; damages or defects caused by third parties.
