Before First Use
Download Vita Dock+ App free of charge from the AppStore or Google Play Store.
Activate Bluetooth® on your iOS or Android device.
Start the App.
Choose the”Settings” option and cl ick on “My devices’~
During set-up, press and hold the Activity Tracker button for longer than 10 seconds until the display lights up. Activity Tracker and Bluetooth® are now active.

Press button once to change screens on the display
Sleep Mode
How to wear the activity tracker
Activate or end sleep mode: keep the button pressed for 3 seconds and confirm by pressing the button once again afterwards
Data transfer to smartphone
The data stored on your Activity Tracker will be automatically transferred to the App and Vita Dock Online when you start the App.
Data transfer with PC/Mac to VitaDock Online
Download and install Vita Dock software

Connect activity tracker to PC/Mac with USB cable.
Register on Vita Dock Onl ine and set your user setting.
Data will be synchronized to activity tracker
Online Management
Comfortable evaluation and monitoring in clear diagrams on VitaDock Online
