Usage method

  1. Insert the USB-C plug of the wireless charger cable into the adapter with the corresponding interface, and ensure that the adapter works normally.

  2. Put on the wireless receiving position of the power receiving equipment directly on the charging panel of the wireless charger for wireless charging the use of a coupling ring is helpful for the correct alignment of the equipment and can obtain more experience.

  3. When charging is finished, remove the power receiving equipment from the wireless charger.

 Safety tips

  1.  Please ensure that there are no metal objects between the power receiving equipment and the product, which may cause the product to not work and potential safety risks.
  2. Do not store magnetic stripe cards (such as bank cards, bus cards, telephone cards, etc.) or some medical equipment (such as pacemaker or hearing aid, etc.) together with this product, which may cause magnetic stripe damage, abnormal operation of the equipment, etc.
  3. Do not apply heavy pressure on this product and keep it out of the reach of children or animals.
  4. Do not disassemble, refit and repair by the user itself. The risks and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the user itself.

 Attention

  1. It is recommended to use it with adapters that support fast charging protocol above pd2.0 and output power greater than 20 watts, so as to give full power output of this product and ensure the use experience.
  2. When using this product to charge, please put on the power receiving equipment correctly in the wireless charging area. Incorrect placement will lead to problems such as reduced charging efficiency, heating, disconnection of charging, etc.
  3.  During wireless charging, the distance between the center point of the wireless charging area of the power receiving equipment and the upper surface of the product shall not exceed 4mm, and there shall be no metal objects in the contact surface of the wireless charging panel.
  4. It is recommended that when wireless charging is carried out, the ambient temperature shall not be higher than 28 t , and excessive ambient temperature will reduce the charging efficiency.

Guarantee

The warranty period of this product is 12 months from the date of sale. Failure or damage caused by non-human factors can be carried out after-sales through purchase channels or contact the manufacturer within the warranty period.
The guarantee does not apply to:

  1. Damage caused by force majeure.
  2. Failure or damage of this product due to human factors.
  3. Beyond the warranty period.
