Safety precautions Location

  1. Ensure to operate on a firm, flat surface.

  2. Never place the frother on or near a hot gas or an electric burner or where it could touch a heated appliance.

  3. Do not use outdoors. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications, such as:

    • Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
    • Farm houses;
    • By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
    • Bed and breakfast type environments.
  4. Children
    This appliance is not intended for use by children under 8 years old unless they are close supervised or have been instruction concerning the use of the Milk Frother by person responsible for their safety.

  5. Other safety consideration
    Always ensure that the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the voltage in your home, before connecting the appliance to the power supply.

  6. Disconnect appliance from the power supply when not in use, filling, cleaning or changing accessories.

  7. Never immerse the jug, cord, electric plugs and the power base fully in water or other liquids. Always keep the appliance and power base dry.

  8. Don’ t use the attached base for other than intended use.

  9. Product safety
    Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts or cleaning the appliance.

  10. Don’ t leave the cords near a heat source. It can deform the cord or melt the insulation and cause a fire or electrical shock.

  11.  Don’ t operate the equipment on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a hot oven. This is to prevent fire and electrical shock.

  12. Notes on the cord plug: The voltage rating of the appliance has to be as the same as your home electric supply. This appliance has a polarized plug. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still not fit, contact a qualified electrician, do not attempt to modify the plug by yourself.

  13. .Notes on the cord: The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter top or table where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.

  14. Personal safety
    Always operate the appliance covered with lid.

  15. Warning: don’ t touch moving part when the appliance is working. Keep hands and utensils out of the container while frothing or heating to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the whisk.

  16. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot water.

  17. The appliance is only used for frothing and heating milk. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.

  18. The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use. Don’t touch it until it has cooled.

  19. Electrical requirement
    The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.

  20. Do not operate the appliance in such situation:

    • with a damaged cord or plug
    • after the appliance malfunctions
    • dropped or damaged in any manner
    • any part gets wet
  21. Take the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.

  22. This appliance has been incorporated with a grounded plug. Please ensure the wall outlet in your house is well earthed.

  23. Avoid spillage on the connector.

Operation of your milk frother

Tips:

  1. Before using the appliance for the first time please clean all the parts according to the section “ CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE ”.
  2.  Do not operate the appliance if there is nothing in it. If the appliance is operated with nothing in it, the appliance will shut down automatically after 20 seconds.
  3. Use whole milk (fat content >3.0%) for best result.
  4. Cold milk can be frothed with this frother. But it doesn’ t mean you can cool down milk temperature with it. The frother works in normal temperature in this condition.
  5.  The milk temperature for cold milk frothing must be below 10°C.
  6. If you want to stop operation, push the button once during operation or move the appliance body away from the base.
  7. Before the operation, place the appliance on a flat surface.

Heating and frothing thick milk foam. Indicator turns red. (For a cappuccino or macchiato)

  1. Open the lid and attach the frothing whisk inside the jug. (Fig 1, Fig 2)
  2. According to the scale inside the jug, add an appropriate amount (up to 115ml) of milk. (Note: the max milk quantity permitted for frothing to add is 115ml, to avoid milk overflowing while frothing.) (Fig 3, Fig 4)
  3. Make sure the lid is placed on the jug before frothing. (Fig 5)
  4. Place the jug on the power base and connect the plug into a power outlet. (Fig 6)
  5. Press the button once. The indicator will turn red. The frothing whisk will rotate for frothing thick milk foam. And the appliance will automatically stop rotating when finishing. The red indicator light is off. It may take 90s-120s. The temperature of milk frother has achieved about 65±10℃.
  6. When the appliance stops operating, open the lid, pour out the warm and frothed milk to enjoy it.
  7. Always disconnect the power supply when not in use.

Heating and frothing thin milk foam. Indicator turns purple.(For a latte)

  1. Open the lid and attach the frothing whisk inside the jug. (Fig 1, Fig 2)
  2. According to the scale inside the jug, add an appropriate amount (up to 115ml) of milk. (Note: the max milk quantity permitted for frothing to add is 115ml, to avoid milk overflowing while frothing) (Fig 3, Fig 4)
  3. Make sure the lid is placed on the jug before frothing. (Fig 5)
  4. Place the jug on the power base and connect the plug into a power outlet. (Fig 6)
  5. Double-press the button. The indicator will turn purple. The frothing whisk will rotate for frothing thin milk foam. And the appliance will automatically stop rotating when finishing. The purple indicator light is off. It may take 90s-120s. The temperature of milk frother has achieved about 65±10℃.
  6. When the appliance stops operating, open the lid, pour out the warm and frothed milk to enjoy it.
  7. Always disconnect the power supply when not in use.

Heating milk – Indicator turns green

  1. Open the lid and attach the heating stir inside the jug. (Fig 1, Fig 2)
  2. According to the scale inside the jug, add an appropriate amount (up to 240ml) of milk. (Note: the max milk quantity permitted to add for heating without frothing is 240ml, to avoid milk overflowing while whisk heating) (Fig 3, Fig 4)
  3. Make sure the lid is placed on the jug before frothing. (Fig 5)
  4. Place the jug on the power base and connect the plug into a power outlet. (Fig 6)
  5. Press the button three times in a row. The indicator will turn green. The frothing whisk will rotate for heating milk. And the appliance will automatically stop rotating when finishing. The green indicator light is off. It may take 140s. The temperature of milk has achieved about 65±10℃.
  6. When the appliance stops operating, open the lid, pour out the warm and frothed milk to enjoy it.
  7. Always disconnect the power supply when not in use.

Heating chocolate milk – Indicator turns green

  1. Open the lid and attach the heating stir inside the jug. (Fig 1, Fig 2)
  2. According to the scale inside the jug, add an appropriate amount (up to 240ml) of milk, put pieces of chocolate into the jug. (Note: the max milk quantity permitted to add for heating without frothing is 240ml, to avoid milk overflowing while heating. Do not put chocolate bars to avoid sticking) (Fig 3, Fig 4)
  3. Make sure the lid is placed on the jug before frothing. (Fig 5)
  4. Place the jug on the power base and connect the plug into a power outlet. (Fig 6)
  5. Press the button three times in a row. The indicator will turn green. The heating stir will rotate for heating chocolate milk. And the appliance will automatically stop rotating when finishing. The green indicator light is off. It may take 140s. The temperature of milk has achieved about 65±10℃.
  6. When the appliance stops operating, open the lid, pour out the warm and frothed milk to enjoy it.
  7. Always disconnect the power supply when not in use.

Frothing cold milk foam- Indicator turns blue

  1. Open the lid and attach the frothing whisk inside the jug. (Fig 1, Fig 2)
  2. According to the scale inside the jug, add an appropriate amount (up to 115ml) of milk (The milk temperature must be below 10 ° C). (Note: the max milk quantity permitted to add for frothing is 115ml, to avoid milk overflowing while frothing) (Fig 3, Fig 4)
  3. Make sure the lid is placed on the jug before frothing. (Fig 5)
  4. Place the jug on the power base and connect the plug into a power outlet. (Fig 6)
  5. Press the button four times in a row. The indicator will turn blue. The frothing whisk will rotate for frothing cold milk. And the appliance will automatically stop rotating when finishing. The blue indicator light is off. It may take 120s.
  6. When the appliance stops operating, open the lid, pour out the cold milk foam to enjoy it.
  7. Always disconnect the power supply when not in use.
    Tips: The milk temperature must be below 10°C

Cleaning and maintenance

Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and wait it to cool down before cleaning. Remove the jug from the power base before cleaning. To separate the lid and the ring from the jug.
CAUTION: Never immerse the jug and the power base fully in water. There are electronic components in the body of the jug that will be damaged. Keep the appliance and power base dry.
NOTE: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the inside and outside of the appliance to prevent the gloss loss.

  1. The lid: Wash lid with water and mild detergent. The lid is not a dishwasher safe-component. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  2. The whisks/paddle: Remove from the jug, and wash them completely in warm water. Dry and store in a safe place out of reach by children. Can’t be cleaned in the dishwasher.
  3. The jug: Flush the inner walls of the jug with warm soapy water and clean with non-abrasive cloth. Then wipe dry with a soft damp cloth.
  4. The body: Wipe the appearance of the jug with a soft damp cloth or cleaner, never use a poisonous cleaner.

DISPOSAL:

  1. Do not dispose this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately for special treatment is necessary.

  2. This product must not be disposed together with the domestic waste. This product has to be disposed at an authorized place for
    recycling of electrical and electronic appliances.

  3. Make sure the product is disposed in an environmentally friendly way. By collecting and recycling, you help save natural resources.
