GET STARTED
Lens Hood/Dew Shield
The [D] Lens Hood on the redcat is convertable for storage. Which it has to be inverted before use. Remove the cat logo lens cap first, unscrew the hood from the body then reinstalling it outward firmly.
Camera adapter
Remove part [E] M48 Dust Cap from the Redcat, make sure the [A] rotator tension knob is tightened then attach the T-Mount that is compatiable for your Camera or CCD.
Rotator
Loosen Rotator Knob part [A] to set camera to the desired angle. Please make sure the camera mount is tightened prior to this step.
Base Mounting Options
Mounting Plate [HI can be inverted for two types of mount, Arca Swiss or Vixen. Remove screw on the bottom of the Mounting Ring, flip it over to change mount type, or slide forward/backward to change balance position. The default is to Vixen.
