Introduction

Bluetooth Headphones On a single charge, the earbuds can be used for up to 5 hours. The case may charge the earphones an additional four times. As a result, each earbud can be used separately for a total of 50 hours. With a dual digital power display, you can easily see how much power is left while opening or closing the case. When the case is being charged, the number on the case will flash, and when the earbuds are being charged, the digital display on the earbuds will go from down to up, and then disappear when the earbuds are fully charged.

To pair the earbuds for the first time, simply open the case and choose “X15” from your phone’s Bluetooth menu; both earphones will connect to your phone. Immediately. After the first pairing, your earbuds will automatically connect to your device. You can use your finger to control audio play/pause, previous/next track, and volume+/- on touch control earphones. By tapping on the earbuds, you can also answer/reject calls, end calls, and activate voice assistants. There’s no need to fiddle with these on your phones.

• Step 1: Choose the comfortable ear tips

• Step2: Wear it in-ear and adjust it to a comfortable position (Please put the right and left headphones on the correct ear)

Power On

Auto Power On:
Open the charging case. earbuds will power on automatically.

Manual Power On
Long top on touch control area for 25, earbuds will power on and earbud blight will flash blue.

Power Off
Method 1
Put both earbuds into the charging case, and close the case earbuds will power off automatically.

Method 2
(Note: This method just tor earbuds are not yet paired with your device.)
Long tap on either earbud for 5s, light on earbud willfiash red, then earbud power off.

Pairing

Stereo Mode

1.  Open the charging case, earbuds wil power on automatically, and then they will connect with each other, and waiting to pair with your phone
2.  Turn on the bluetooth of your phone and search X15″, choose “X15. earbuds willconnect with your phone.

Single Earbud Mode

1. Toke one earbud|Left/Right) out from the charging case and close the case
2.  Turn on bluetooth of your phone and choose “X15, earbud can pair with your phone.

Safety Instruction

1. Using earphones at high to moderate volumes for extended periods of time will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised you keep volume levels moderate to low at times for your safety.

2. Do not use it while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.

3. Do not use earphones in thunderstorm weather, the earphone may not work properly in the condition, and increase the risk of being hit by lightning.

4. The earphone may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Do not use any corrosive dealer/oil to clean the earphone.

5. If the earphone comes in contact with liquids, quickly wipe it away.

6. If submerged in water, do not turn the earphone on until completely dried.
   (Tips: liquid submersion voids the warranty.)

7. Keep the earphone and packaging out of reach of children.

8. Please use the original charging cable provided by the earphone manufacturer for charging and choose the right adapter.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Why these earbuds can not pair with my mobile phones?
  Please make sure the earbuds are fully charged and powered on.  Please make sure the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on. lf above 2 points have no problem. please put earbuds into the case again and dose the case, hold on for Imin, then open the charging case and reconnect the earbuds with your phone.

• Why does the music cut in or cut out?
  First. please do not let the distance between these earbuds and your phone be more than 33 feet/without an obstacle).lf the distance is less than 33 feet, Please note 2 tips as below:
  Please make sure there is no obstacle between the earbuds and your device.
  Please make sure there is no Microwave oven/Wifi transmitter around you, which are more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result in a signal interruption.

• Why can the earbuds not be charged and not disconnected with my phone even though earbuds are put into the case and I have closed the case?
  Please make sure the charging case is not on low battery, if the charging case is on low battery, earbuds can not be charged and not disconnected even though they are in the case. So. please use the type-c cable to charge the case fully.

• How to contact our customer service?
  We offer a one-year replacement warranty, if there is an issue with your X15, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we will reply within 24 hours and resolve it 100%.

• Are these earbuds Sweatproof? I sweat a lot when I work out.
  Yes, these earbuds are rated at IPX5 Waterproof, waterproof nano-coating can prevent the sweat from getting into, so do not worry about the sweat. Earbuds will work perfectly, even though you sweat a lot.

• Will these stray in place when putting on or taking off a full-face motorcycle helmet?
  These buds are very comfortable, they snug right into place and stay put. I don’t think a helmet will affect them at all. I love these buds.
