What should I do if my earbuds are not charging?
- Check whether there are dirty in the charging pins of the earbuds and the charging case. Use a fine cleaning stick dipped in a small amount of alcohol, wipe the charging pins of the earbuds and case.
- Whether the earbuds can be turned on normally.
- Whether the charging case is charged and whether the charging case can be charged;
- Whether to use the regular adapter and the Type-C cable induced.
The volume of the earbuds become lower than before. The sound quality is not good.

The grilles or the ear tips are dirty.
Please use a fine cleaning stick dipped in a small shout of alcohol to wipe the grills of the earbuds. -
The ear tips don’t fit well enough.
Please try other included ear tips for the best fitting.
How to avoid mistaken touch?
Please do not let the touch area touch other objects (such as hair, desktops,
hats, headbands, etc.)
Why do my earbuds keep falling? How to avoid it?
- May choose the wrong ear tips, please choose the ear tips that fit your ear.
- The earbuds are not worn in the right way, pies put the earbuds under your ear and rotate it to match the right angle.
Signal Lag
- Please check whether there is interference in the surrounding environment.
- Check whether the earbuds are low power state and high temperature state.
- The use distance is not recommended to exceed 10 meters.
- If none of the above conditions exist, please restart the device and earbuds, and re-pair them.
Volume up and down automatically
- Please check whether the surface of the touch area is sweaty, wipe with dry paper and try again.
- Please note that the touch area please do not touch other objects to avoid false touch (such as hair, desktop, hat, headband, etc.)
What are the possible reasons why earbuds and computers don’t pair?
- Your device does not have Bluetooth function, you can connect a Bluetooth converter externally.
- The Bluetooth version of the computer is too low, try upgrading the Bluetooth.
Why is the volume of my earbuds small?
- Please check whether the sound outlet hole is blocked.
- Try to adjust the device volume and earbuds volume to the maximum, see if it works.
The call is not clear/unable to speak.
- Make a master-slave switch to confirm whether the two earbuds talk the same.
- Confirm that the main earbud is worn, the microphone function only works in the main headset. (The host will switch between master and slave after putting it in the case and closing the lid.)
- If you use the conference APP, it may be poor compatibility.

- Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of abattery, that can result in an explosion.
- Do not leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment thatcan resuilt in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure that may result in an explosion or theleakage of flammable liquid or gas.
