There are no double-sided screw holes on our “H” board! The same issue
befell Help Wet. I believe we had it backwards or upside down. At one point,
the directions are unclear, and one of the pieces is misplaced, making it
appear that H does not have the twin holes.
How many larger VHS tapes can this carry in a Clamshell case?
This will reduce your number to half that of the DVDs.
Is the color black or near to it? Is it available in black? Is it possible
that it’s dark from a distance?
As stated in the advertisement, the hue is Expresso. I’m not sure if it’s
available in black elsewhere. It may appear black depending on your lighting
circumstances. The color of the expresso is really dark. Because of the weak
illumination in the room where I’m now keeping it, it looks to be black. It
has that look since it sits next to a walnut-colored entertainment center.
I attached the first set of b, c, and d to h, but there is nowhere to
attach the second set on the other side of h. What am I doing incorrectly?
I haven’t put it together in a long time. I’m afraid I can’t help you
because I no longer have the directions.
Is it possible to connect these by hanging them on the wall?
I don’t see why you couldn’t if you made it secure, but I’m not sure why
you would. It’s not particularly wide – around the width of a DVD – and the
base extends a few inches to keep it firm on the floor.
My package was missing the necessary hardware. Is anyone able to supply
information on the size of screws, etc. that would be required?
If you contact the manufacturer directly, they should be able to give you a
complete hardware kit that includes all of the necessary screws and
accessories.
Is there anyone who knows the exact dimensions once everything is put
together?

Do you know if the hardware is robust enough to install this on a wall?
No way, sir. There is no mounting hardware included for installation on a
wall. Furthermore, the rear of this unit is not made of the same thick
material as the sides and shelving. This item is designed to sit solely on the
floor. I hope this information is useful to you.
Is it possible to use it as a shoe shelf?
Unless you only put one shoe on each shelf.
