important Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before operating Robot Save these instructions for future reference.

  •  If you have special objects that could potentially be damaged by the bumping, remove these objects from the floor.
  •  Do not let kids sit or stand on Robot. Children and pets should be supervised when Robot is operating.
  • • Do not make Robot for outdoor use.
  •  Do not clean wet messes with your Robot.
  •  Do not use Robot to pick up spills of water bleach, paint, and other chemicals.
  •  Do not keep Robot at a freezing temperatures.
  •  Do not use Robot to pick up flammable or combustible materials such as gasoline, printer, etc.
  •  Ensure that Robot cannot get caught on clothing, socks, pull cords for blinds or curtains,power cords,etc.
  •  If the power cord is damaged,do not use any other power supply cord.For replacement cords, please contact Customer Service Team.
  •  Only charge the following batterie: maximum 14 .4V. 2600mAh Lithium-ion battery.Other type of batteries may burst causing injury. Always contact Customer Service Center for the correct replacement of battery.
  •  Always remove the battery from Robot and accessories before long-term storage or transportation.
  •  The battery must be removed before Robot is disposed. Remove Robot’s two Battery Door’s screws, and then remove the battery by disconnecting the quick connector.
  •  Contact your local waste management authority for battery recycling and disposal regulations in your area.
  • WARNING Chemical Exposure: If the battery pack is leaking, do not allow the liquid to come in contact with skin or eyes.If contact has been made,wash the affected area with copious amounts of water and seek medical advice.Place the battery (the used battery pack included when the robot will be disposed) in a sealed plastic bag and dispose of safely according to local environmental regulation.
  • WARNING Fire or Explosion Hazard: Do not crush or dismantle battery packs. Do not heat or place the battery pack near any heat source or direct sunlight.Do not incinerate or short-circuit the battery pack.Do not subject batteries to mechanical shock.

Battery and Charging/ Information lithium-ion Battery

Important: Lithium-ion batteries and products that contain Lithium-ion are subject to stringent transportation regulations. If you need to ship this product (with the battery included) for service,travel or any other reason, you MUST comply with the following shipping instructions:

  •  Remove the Lithium-ion battery from the product.
  •  Place a piece of tape over the battery’s metal charging contacts.
  •  Reinstall the battery (with the tape on it) in the product and secure the battery door.
  •  Package the product in its original packaging or in your own packaging that prevents any movement during transportation.
  •  Ship via ground transportation only (no air shipping).

Battery Storage

If storing Robot off the Charging Dock, remove the battery firstly. Then store the Robot and the battery in a cool, dry place. The symbol on the product or its packaging indicates:
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection facilities. Contact your local authority for information regarding the collection systems available. If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater and get into the food Chain, damaging your health and well-being. Please contact your local or regional waste authority for more information on collection, reuse and recycling programs.

    Notice: Please press “Stop” button before changing to another cleaning mode.
    Install 2 AAA batteries before using the Remote Control for the first time. Ensure the positive and negative ends are facing the correct polarity direction as marked in the battery compartment. Please aim the Remote Control directly at the Robot within 5m/16ft when pressing.

Using the Robot

Important Tips before operation

  • Please remove power cords and small objects that may entangle the robot from the floor. The robot is not suitable for long-pile carpet. If the carpet has tassels, please roll up them before usage.
  • The robot only can go through the place which is higher than 3 inches/ 8 cm. If necessary, place a barricade to block off the area or elevate the appliance.
    Anti-fall sensors can prevent robot from falling downstairs. But it may work less effectively if sensor is dirty or work on reflective or very dark floor. It is recommended to place a boundary strip to block off.

Preparations

  • Connect the adapter to charging dock
    Place the charging dock on a hard level surface and against the wall. Ensure the place is an open area leaving at least 6ft/2m in the front and 3ft/1m on both sides. Please do not put reflective objects nearby like mirrors.

  • Take out protective items
    Before usage, please take out the EVA cotton strips and tear out the protective film on the bumper.

  • Install side brushes
    Please install the side brushes by pressing them into each slot until you hear the a “click”.

Product Operation

  • Power on/off the robot
    Long press @for 3s to power on the robot.
    Long press @for 3s to power off the robot.
    After finishing work, please do not turn off the robot. Please keep it in charging mode so as to provide convenience for next usage.

  • Charging the robot
    Place Robot onto charging dock, ensure the Charging Pole Pieces contact well. When power light flashing in red/pick/blue, means the robot is in charging. When power light is off, means the robot is fully charged. For first time usage, please continuously charge the robot for more than 12 hours.

  • Start Cleaning
    Press on the Robot or press G on Remote control to start Auto Cleaning Mode.
    Before starting Auto Cleaning Mode, please make sure the power light is in red/blue,which means the robot is in standby state. If the robot is not in standby state, please short press the@ on Robot or pressG on Remote control to wake up robot. When Robot stay in standby state for more than 10 mins,it will enter sleeping mode,and the power light will be off. If you need select another mode, please refer to “Mode Selection” section.

  • Stop Cleaning
    When the robot is working, press@ on the Robot or press 9 on Remote control, the robot will pause.

  • Mode Selection
    Before selection, please make sure the power light is in red/blue, and the robot is in standby state. If the robot is not in standby state, please short press the @ on Robot or press 8 on Remote control to wake up robot.

Return to Charging Dock

When the battery is low, the robot will automatically return to charging dock for recharging. Or press ” ® ” on remote control to command the robot to recharge.

Spot Cleaning Mode
This Mode is suitable for the place where has plenty of garbage. The robot will clean in “Spiral” route with a circle of 1m diameter.

Edge Cleaning Mode
This Mode is suitable for cleaning corners of the room. The robot will clean along the wall or around the furniture legs. After cleaning, the robot will back to charging dock.

Water volume selection
The suction power can be adjusted thru pressing ” ® “on remote control. 1 beep for low water volume. 2 beeps for middle water volume. 3 beeps for large water volume. The default water volume is in middle level.

Suction power selection

The suction power can be adjusted thru pressing ” ® “on remote control. 1 beep for low suction power. 2 beeps for middle suction power. 3 beeps for large suction power. The default suction power is in middle level.

Use of Water Permeable Rag

This product is equipped with a water tank assembly.After the cleaning work is completed, if there is a demand for mopping,the dust bin can be replaced with a water tank assembly. Do not use the water tank assembly on the carpet. When cleaning with the rag function,fold the edge of the carpet to avoid foreign matter on the rag from soiling the carpet. When charging,be sure to remove the water-permeable wiper assembly.

  1.   Add Water
    Open the water inlet cover and take enough water.

  2.   Sticking The Water Rag
    Close the water inlet cover and stick the water rag.

  3.   Install Water Tank Assembly
    Press the dust bin release button at the rear of the master to remove the dust bin and replace the water tank assembly.

  4.   Mop
    Start any cleaning mode as needed,and the master will perform cleaning and mopping.

APP Download and Networking Configuration

Please scan the QR code to download and install APP. The mobileApp should be 105 9.0 and Android 4.0 or above.

Network configuration
Please ensure your phone has connected with WIFI and the WIFI signal is strong. Please sign up and log in APP.

  • Power on the robot and enter standby state.
  • Press@ key and bumper at the same time and hold for 3s, release them until you hear a beep. When WIFI indicator is flashing, the robot enters WIFI configuration mode.

Open APP to add device as below images

Note: If fail to connect device, please power on robot again and connect again.

Schedule cleaning on APP
Before schedule cleaning time, please ensure the robot is in standby state. If not, please short press the 0 on Robot or press G::”) on Remote control to wake up robot.

Maintenance

Clean Dust Bin and Filter

When maintaining the robot and accessories, please power off the robot and unplug the adapter.

  1.  Take out the dust bin, open it and empty the trash.
  2.  Take out Filter set, pat the high-efficiency filter to remove ash.
  3.  Flush the dust bin and primary filter.
  4.  Dry the dust bin and filter set. Please ensure they are dry before next usage.

Clean Water Tank Assembly
Clean Water Rag

  1.  Remove the water tank assembly and remove the water-permeable rag.
  2.  Rinse the water rag and Pour off the remaining water.
  3.  dry the water rag and the water tank.

Clean Rolling brush and Side brushes

  • Clean Rolling brush
    Remove the rolling brush cover and take out the brush. Use cleaning tool to cut off the hair on brush and remove them.

  • Clean Side brushes
    Pull out the side brushes and wipe it with a clean rag.

Clean other parts
Clean the universal wheel
Use cleaning tool to dig out the hairs that entangles on wheel.

Clean sensors
Clean the lower vision sensor with cleaning brush or rag to ensure the sensitivity.

Clean Charging pole pieces
Please use a rag or cleaning brush to clean the charging pole pieces on the bottom of Robot and the charging dock.

Fault Prompt

When Robot is fault, the@) key light will be in blink red or solid red and the different beeps will be heard. Please refer to below form to find causes and solutions.

  • If the above methods can not solve the problem,please restart the robot.
