Frequently Asked Questions

• What is the coldest temperature at which these speakers can operate outside?
  I’m not concerned that they’ll have a problem, but the Bluetooth range is only about 15 feet. Then it quickly breaks up, and you lose it.

• I have a Bluetooth transmitter that connects to my audio. Can I use this outside with only power?
  As long as you’re operating at a distance of 20 feet and have a way to connect the two.

• Will these speakers work with my Google Home Assistant, which I use to play music across my house?
  Google just released an update, so you should be able to couple them now.

• I bought a thicker, longer speaker wire, but the music from the second speaker is choppy. Is there a limit to how far the speakers can be apart?
  We only use the wire that came with the speakers, and they sound fantastic! I’d try using the ones that were given to see if it helped. Ours are roughly 20 feet apart and are beneath the sunroom for a hot tub.

• What is the duration of the connection?
  The rope is approximately 10 feet long. If you’re referring to the Bluetooth connection, I’m not sure. Anywhere in my backyard will suffice. I haven’t been out of the yard to investigate. At the very least, 50′

• What is the length of the power cable?
  It measures 6 feet in length.

• Is it possible to connect a Bluetooth source without having to unhook the 3.5mm input?
  Yes. The aux input is overridden by a Bluetooth connection. However, I’ve had a lot of trouble with the aux input. The sound fades in and out. That override circuit, I believe, is the source of the problem. I’ve read other reviews that have the same problem. This could be due to an inherently flawed design or an out-of-spec component.

• These were purchased several years ago. The power cable had become brittle and had broken. I’d like to purchase the power supply, but I can’t seem to locate it. Are you able to assist?
  I had no clue you’d need to contact Pyle. I’ve previously used these speakers, but when I tried to use them again, I couldn’t change the level with the TV or Bluetooth, and they stayed excessively loud. any rationale for this. My power cord has broken.

• After the downpour, I decided to call it a day. Although we were not in close contact with rain, we were soaked by the wind. Warranty?
  After a certain period of time, there is no warranty. We recently purchased a new adaptor and made the necessary repairs. Now I’m back to work.
