• How easy are the control buttons? does it have volume control?
  Very easy, just press the button, you can also raise or lower the volume when you are listening to music. Sometimes I directly stop music on that button. Also, you can use the button to adjust the lights.

• Does it work with iPhone xs?I have never bought a speaker that worked with my iPod but is not compatible with my iPhone xs
  Yes, it works with any Bluetooth-capable device. My ios devices, iPhone xs, tablet, and laptop do great work for that. There is also an aux input on that unit. I like this speaker for led lights.

• I know it is waterproof, but would it be ok if I put it in the pool?
  Yes, just like it says, can be submerged by 30 meters, and level up to ipx7, it is always in my pool and it floats, for me it is perfect for a shower!

• Does it compare with kindle fire tablets?
  It’s a speaker, not a tablet.

• Does anyone else think the buttons are tricky, I have to push down hard on the button and wait a while for it to turn on or off. Is this normal?
  Yes, same I got it down normal. Press three secs. I have two they sync then Lights to off is five or six clicks on one of them only.

• Can you pair more than 2 speakers in TWS mode?
  Yes

• Can I pair multiple phones to the speaker? basically, i don’ want to have to always reconnect a phone when i or my daughter want to use it
  You have to pair them separately & individually. Afterward, each time you use the speaker your phone can connect easier. It’s not that difficult.

• Can I listen and charge the speaker at the same time?
  Yes, you can. Bought this for my daughter and I have seen it charging while she was listening to music.

• How loud is this speaker? How long does the battery last at full volume?
  Not sure about the battery life. It was a present. It has a lot of volumes. Excellent sound quality. I was impressed

• Can you take the rubber case off?
  No, you can’t take the case off From my knowledge.

• How do I shut the light off to save batt?
  The button next to the power button is the light mode button. Repeat pressing it will cycle through the different modes until it turns off the lights. It looks like a sun. Press it 6 times to turn off the lights.

• Is there a light setting that is just 1 warm glow? I plan to use this. As a baby night light and sound machine for the stroller so i cat have any strobe
  There is no warm glow setting. There are different light settings but they’re all colorful.

• Are you able to control the volume or skip songs from this device?
  Yes

• Does this device work with an android phone?
  Absolutely! I have a Samsung Galaxy. It is a very simple blue tooth device. As long as your phone has blue tooth, this will work.

• Says it’s waterproof but is it really?
  I have never actually dropped it in water (intentionally or unintentionally) but used it in the shower nightly for the past year and have not had any problems with it at all.
