Charging your power bank

1.  Recharge the power bank only at room temperature.
2.  Use only the supplied charger. Use of a third-party charger is not recommended.
3.  Plug the charger into a wall socket or another 100V-240V AC power source.
4.  Connect the Charger to the input port (IN) of the power bank.
5.  Press the power button. The power bank will start to recharge. The LED lights display the current charging status.
6.  The Omegon Pro Powerbanks (Art. Nr. 69822, 69823) can also be charged via USB-C (PD)

Using the power bank as flashlight or emergency light

Omegon Powerbank 38000:

1.  Press the power button shortly to activate the power bank.
2.  Press and hold the power button for ca. 4 seconds to active/deactivate a red and flashing emergency light.
3.  Double press the power button to activate/deactivate a white flashlight

Omegon Pro Powerbank 48000 / 96000

1.  Press the power button shortly to activate the power bank.
2.  Hold the power button for ca. 4 seconds to active/deactivate a white flashlight.
3.  Double press the power button to activate/deactivate a flashing emergency light.

Using the power bank to power your telescope mount or other 12V devices:

1.  Most telescope mounts are supplied with a cigarette lighter plug. Connect it to the cigarette lighter socket of the power bank. Ensure a secure fit.
2.  The power bank will automatically activate and power the connected device. The LED lights will display the remaining charge.

Using the power bank to charge or power a Phone/Tablet or other 5V USB device:

1.  Plug the USB cable of the device into one of the USB ports.
2.  Connect the USB cable to your device (Smartphone, Tablet, etc.)
3.  Press the power button on the power bank. Your device is now charging.

The power bank is fitted with an automatic trip switch. If a device draws too much power at any time, the internal protection circuit will activate. To reset, unplug all devices and connect the power bank to the charger.

Usage Notes:

1.  To protect the long-term capacity of your power bank, please unplug the charger promptly after the device is fully charged.
2.  Keep the power bank away from extreme heat or cold, as well as any flammable items. Avoid impacts on hard surfaces.
3.  The power bank is waterproof. But don’t submerge the power bank in water.
4.  Run a full charge/discharge cycle at least once every four months to avoid shortening the life span of the internal battery.
5.  Keep the power bank at approximately 50% charge for long-term storage.
6.  Avoid charging and discharging the power bank at the same time, as it will reduce the life span of the internal battery.
7.  Recharge the power bank only at room temperature.
