IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
To prevent injury to yourself and other or damage to your device, read the
safety information about your device before using the device. Arovo cannot be
held responsible for any injury or property damage cause by failure to comply
with the safety cautions and regulations. Read all instructions carefully and
retain for future reference.
When using electronic products, especially when children are present, basic
safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

KEEP AWAY FROM WATER DANGER
As with most electrical appliances, electrical parts are electrically live even when the switch is off. To reduce the risk of death by electric shock:
- Always ‘’unplug it’’ immediately after using.
- Do not use while bathing.
- Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink
- Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
- If an appliance falls into water, “unplug it” immediately. Do not reach into the water.
- Unplug the device before cleaning it.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or injury to persons:
- An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in.
- Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children or individuals with certain disabilities.
- Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, damaged, or dropped into water. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Do not wrap the cord around the appliance.
- Never block the air openings of the appliance or place it on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch, where the air openings may be blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair and others.
- Never use while sleeping.
- Never drop or insert any object into any opening or hose.
- Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- Do not use an extension cord with this appliance.
- Do not operate the appliance in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes and/or liquids.
- Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the appliance. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons, to avoid any risks.
- Do not store the appliance immediately after use. Wait until it is completely cool before storing.
- For additional protection, we advise you to install a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom.
Ask your installer for advice.
- Do not use the appliance for purposes other than drying and styling human hair.
- Keep the appliance away from non-heat-resistance surfaces and never cover the appliance with anything (e.g., clothing or towels) when it’s hot.
- Never block the air grills.
- If the appliance overheats, it will switch off automatically. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down for a few minutes. Before you switch the appliance on again, check the grills to make sure they are not blocked by fluff, hair, etc.
- The airborne noise emitted by the appliance ≤ 90 dB(A).
- Check that the voltage rating of this appliance matches that of your supply.
- Position the power supply lead so that it is not likely to be walked on or pinched by things placed on or against them.

ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD
- Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet
- Plug is polarized, meaning it fits only one way, as one blade is wider than the other
- If plug does not fit properly contact an electrical professional
- Do not remove ground prong
- Do not use an adapter
- Only to be used with appropriate electrical outlet
- If a longer detachable power-supply cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance
- The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter top or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
- Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire or electrical shock.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
What to do before fi rst use:
- Remove the packaging material and inspect the device for damage.
- Do not operate the device if it is damaged in any way. Return it to your seller immediately.
- Only connect the appliance to a mains socket with the mains voltage indicated on the rating plate.
- When disconnecting the power cord from the power outlet, pull only on the plug. Never pull on the cord.
- During the fi rst few minutes of the fi rst use, you may notice a little smoke and a slight smell.
This is normal and will soon disappear.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Warning! Only use the device externally.
- The appliance is only intended for drying and styling human hair.
- Any improper use can be dangerous!
- Remove the packaging material and inspect the device for damage.
- Preparing the hair: Wash your hair and dry it well. Comb your hair thoroughly. Do not use hairspray or other fl ammable chemical hair care products.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Switch the appliance on by selection the desired setting.
- The temperature can be adjusted:
- Heat setting: (2) High heat – (1) Low heat
- After drying hair, you can use the cool button to set style with a continuous fl ow of cool air.
- Dry your hair by making brushing movements while holding the dryer at a small distance from your hair.
- When you are finishing styling, switch off the appliance, unplug the appliance and allow it to completely cool down before cleaning or storing.
USER MAINTINANCE INSTRUCTIONS
CLEANING
Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down. Switch off the hair dryer,
unplug from the power supply. Wipe over the housing using a soft damp cloth.
Do not allow water or any other liquid to get into the unit. Do not use hard
abrasives or cleaners.
STORAGE
Unplug the appliance, allow to cool, and store in its box or in a dry place.
Never store it while it is hot or still plugged in. Never wrap the cord
tightly around the appliance. Never hang the unit by the cord. Store the cord
loosely coiled. Do not put any stress on the cord where it enters the unit, as
it could cause the cord to fray and break.
ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY DISPOSAL
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with other household wastes throughout the US. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmentally safe recycling.
WARRANTY
- The manufacturer provides warranty in accordance with the legislation of the customer’s own country of residence, with a minimum of 1 year, starting from the date on which the appliance is sold to the end user.
- The warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship.
- The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized service center. When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase (with purchase date) must be submitted.
- The warranty will not apply in cases of:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect use, e.g., overloading of the appliance, use of non approved accessories
- Use of force, damage caused by external influences
- Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, e.g., connection to an unsuitable main supply or non-compliance with the installation instructions
