IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

To prevent injury to yourself and others or damage to your device, read the safety information about your device before using the device. Provo cannot be held responsible for any injury or property damage caused by failure to comply with the safety cautions and regulations. Read all instructions carefully and retain them for future reference.
When using electronic products, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

• This facial cleanser is designed for wet use and may be used in the shower. DO NOT fully submerge in water.
• Except when charging, always unplug this appliance from the outlet immediately after using it.
• Unplug this appliance before cleaning it.

WARNINGS AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Before you start using the product, be sure to read all the warnings and safety information to check if the product is suitable for you.
To reduce the risk of fire, or injury to persons:

• The appliance should never be left unattended when it’s plugged in, except when charging the rechargeable appliance.
• This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended in this manual.
• Never operate this appliance if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or if any part has been dropped or immersed in water.
• Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used, or where oxygen is being administrated.
• After use, the appliance should be cleaned to avoid the accumulation of grease and other residues.
• Always store this appliance and cord in a moisture-free area. Do not store it in temperatures exceeding 140°F (60°C).
• Avoid using it on the delicate skin around the eyes.
• DO NOT use the cleansing brush on the same area with open wounds, sunburnt skin, or chapped or irritated skin.
• DO NOT use if you suffer from skin diseases or skin irritations such as severe/active acne or skin infection.
• DO NOT use if you are taking steroid-based medication.
• DO NOT use the cleansing brush with cleansers containing harsh chemicals or rough particles. |
• DO NOT share between multiple users.
• If you experience any pain or discomfort stop using this product and contact your doctor.
• Do not operate the appliance in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes and/or liquids.
• Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the appliance. If the USB charging cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons, to avoid any risks. Improper repairs may expose the user to considerable risk.
• Do not use an extension cord to operate the appliance. Plug the adapter directly into the electrical outlet.
• Do not bend the USB charging cable.
• Keep the USB charging cable away from the heated surfaces.
• Check that the voltage indicated on the adapter corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
• If you notice any transport damage when unpacking the product, please contact your dealer without delay.
• The USB charging cable must not come into contact with water or other liquids as this may cause electric shock.
• WARNING: Keep the USB charging cable dry.
• For your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene, etc.) out of their reach.
• Unplug the appliance if you do not plan to use it for a long time, or if the appliance malfunctions during use, also during thunderstorms, and when cleaning.

BATTERY SAFETY

• This appliance contains batteries that are non-replaceable.
• In the event of contact with battery acid, immediately rinse the areas with plenty of clean water and immediately consult a doctor if an unexpected reaction occurs.
• Do not short-circuit or disassemble the batteries.
• Keep batteries away from children.
• Warning: Dispose of used batteries immediately. Keep new and used batteries away from children. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
• Do not expose the batteries to water.
• Do not expose the batteries to fire or excessive heat.

If you notice any transport damage during unpacking, please contact your dealer without delay.

The packaging can be reused or recycled. Please dispose properly of any packaging material no longer required.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

What to do before first use:

• Remove the packaging material and inspect the device for damage.
• Do not operate the device if it is damaged in any way. Return it to your seller immediately.
• Never expose the facial cleanser to temperatures below 14°F (-10°C) or higher than 104°F (40°C) for long periods of time.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Warning! Only use the device externally.

• The appliance is only intended for cleansing human skin.

• Any improper use can be dangerous!

• Turn on the appliance and let the appliance touch the surface of your skin gently.
  There is no need to apply much pressure on the appliance.

• Cleansing Mode.

• Press – the button for lower-intensity cleansing mode.

• Press + button to higher-intensity cleansing mode
  1. APPLY CLEANSER
  2. CLEANSE THE FOLLOWING ZONES: Cleanse your chin and cheek using circular movements and repeat on the other side. Starting from the center, cleanse your forehead with gentle outward circular strokes. Cleanse the nose by gliding up and down one side, then the other. Delicately cleanse the under-eye region using outward strokes, and reduce the pulsation intensity!
  3. RINSE and dry your face to complete the cleansing routine.

USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

CHARGING THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY

• Charging the rechargeable battery before first use, the appliance must be fully charged.
• Make sure the appliance is turned off.
• Before charging, make sure the charging port and charger are free from water and cleanser residue. Do not charge the appliance in any location where it or the charger may become immersed in water.
• Do NOT use your appliance while charging and do NOT charge for more than 12 hours. Only use the provided charging cable.
• Insert the charging cable into a charging point. When it is fully charged (after approximately 1,5 hours)
• WARNING: Do not remove the battery!

CLEANING
Turn off the appliance and allow it to cool down. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the appliance surfaces. Do not allow water or any other liquid to get into the unit. Care should be taken not to touch this part of the appliance when it is switched on or just after it has been turned off.

STORAGE
Turn off the appliance, allow it to cool, and store it in its box or in a dry place. Never store it while it is hot.

ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY DISPOSAL

This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with other household wastes throughout the US. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmentally safe recycling.

WARRANTY

• The manufacturer provides a warranty in accordance with the legislation of the customer’s own country of residence, with a minimum of 1 year, starting from the date on which the appliance is sold to the end user.
• The warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship.
• The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized service center. When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase (with purchase date)  must be submitted.
• The warranty will not apply in cases of:
  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Incorrect use, e.g., overloading of the appliance, use of non-approved accessories
  3. Use of force, damage caused by external influences
  4. Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, e.g., connection to an unsuitable main supply or non-compliance with the installation instructions
  5. Partially or completely dismantled appliances
