INTRODUCTION

SRTL SR30 Smart Radar Tail Light is a safety auxiliary device which can detect vehicles within a certain range behind to realize two-way reminders and the coming vehicles for users. It contains a micro radar and a multi-mode controllable tail light, can actively detect the approaching vehicles within a certain range behind the rider, display them on the terminal device and actively remind the vehicles behind for riders. This device enhances detection of the environment but is not a substitute for the attention and judgment of the rider. Please keep your judgment on the road conditions at all times and ride safely. Failure to observe the relevant content carefully may result in serious accidents.

TAIL LIGHT MODE

*Single radar mode: Tail light is off, and only the radar is on normal working status.

RADAR DETECTION

1. Radar can detect approaching vehicles within a distance of about 140 meters.
2. The relative speed of approaching vehicles that can be detected by radar must be within 10km/h-160km/h( from 6 to 99mph).
   • Note: Radar will not detect vehicles moving at the same speed as you, or vehicles moving away from you.
3. The radar beam width is40° (-20°-20° ) in the horizontal direction.
4. Radar can detect up to eight approaching vehicles at most.
5. Radar detection can not be used indoor.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

• Please select a suitable position to install the device to ensure that it will not affect your riding safety.
• Install the device at the appropriate height of the seat post to acquire the optimal detection range.
• The fixed seat shall be installed vertically and compatible with most seat post types and angles.
• Install the device correctly, making sure the device is facing backwards and perpendicular to the road.
• Make sure there is no obstruction in front of the device.

INSTALL THE FIXED SEAT

1. Please select the appropriate rubber mat based on the shape of your seat post and fix the mat on the back of the fixed seat
2. Place the fixed seat and rubber mat on the seat post.
3. Fix it with a rubber band.
4. Align the card tray on the back of the device with the card slot of the fixed seat and rotate it clockwise until the device is locked.

To prevent the device from falling, the lanyard can be installed together with the device.

DEVICE CHARGING

• Please open the waterproof cover on the USBsuriace and slowly insert the charging cable into the USB surface.
• Please keep the USB interface dry before charging to the prevent metal corrosion.
• Tighten the USB cover after charging to prevent water ingress or interface damage.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF THE DEVICE

• Avoid using organic solvents, chemicals, or repellents, because it may cause damage to parts of the device.
• Try to avoid violent impact or rough use because it may shorten the life of the products.
• Please do not use any cloth or other materials that may scratch the optical lenses. Scratches may give rise to a decline in the performance of the radar detection.
• Regular cleaning of mud or dirt on the device can extend the life of your device.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

The BLE and ANT+ wireless protocols are used to connect this device with the iGPSPORT cycling computer and app.

Battery Warning

1. The product has a rechargeable lithium battery.
2. Failure to follow the instructions listed below may shorten the battery’s shelf life, damage the device, or cause fire, chemical burns, electrolyte leakage, or the risk of injury.
3. Do not disassemble,modify, puncture, or damage the device or the battery violently.
4. So not expose the device or the battery to fire,explosion, or other hazards.
5. Do not place or store the device near a dryer, in a car under direct sunlight, or in the other high-temperature environments.
6. Do not immerse the battery in water or other liquids.
