IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
To prevent injury to yourself and other or damage to your device, read the safety information about your device before using the device. Arovo cannot be held responsible for any injury or property damage cause by failure to comply with the safety cautions and regulations. Read all instructions carefully and retain for future reference. When using electronic products, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

As with most electrical appliances, electrical parts are electrically live
even when the switch is off.
To reduce the risk of death by electric shock:
- Always ‘’unplug it’’ immediately after using.
- Do not use while bathing or in the shower.
- Do not place in or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
- Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
- If an appliance falls into water, ‘’unplug it’’ immediately. Do not reach into the water.
- Unplug the device before cleaning it.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or injury to persons:
- An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in.
- Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children or individuals with certain disabilities.
- Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, damaged, or dropped into water. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Do not wrap the cord around the appliance.
- Never block the air openings of the appliance or place it on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch, where the air openings may be blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair and others. Place on a level surface.
- Never use while sleeping.
- Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
- Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- Do not use an extension cord with this appliance.
- This appliance is hot when in use. Do not let eyes or bare skin touch heated surfaces.
- Do not place the heated parts directly on any surface while it is hot or plugged in.
- The supplier plug on this appliance has one blade wider than the other. It is a polarized plug. As a safety feature, this plug will fit in polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to bypass this safety feature.
- Always store the complete appliance and cord in a moisture-free area. Do not store it in temperatures exceeding 140°F (60°C).
- Intended for household use only.
- Do not plug or unplug when hands are wet or moist.
- Use handles to avoid scaling. Do not handle from brushes. They are hot.
- Attachments may be hot during use. Allow them to cool before handling.
- While using the appliance, keep hair away from air inlets.
- Do not operate with a voltage converter.
- Do not use this product to dry a wig that is made of a material that may burn easily.
- Do not use this product to dry a wig that has been cleaned in something that may burn easily and it may still have some cleaner on it.
- Do not operate the appliance in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes and/or liquids.
- Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the appliance. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons, in order to avoid any risks.
- Do not store the appliance immediately after use. Wait until it is completely cool before storing.
- For additional protection, we advise you to install a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
- Do not use the appliance for purposes other than drying and styling human hair.
- Keep the appliance away from non-heat-resistance surfaces and never cover the appliance with anything (e.g., clothing or towels) when it’s hot.
- When the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a risk even when the appliance is switched off.
- Never block the air grills.
- The airborne noise emitted by the appliance ≤ 90 dB(A).
- Do not pull or wrap power cord around the appliance.
- Do not direct hot air toward eyes.
- Do not put the appliance down while it is operating.
- Check that the voltage rating of this appliance matches that of your supply.
- Position the power supply lead so that it is not likely to be walked on or pinched by things placed on or against them.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
What to do before first use:
- Remove the packaging material and inspect the device for damage.
- Do not operate the device if it is damaged in any way. Return it to your seller immediately.
- Only connect the appliance to a mains socket with the mains voltage indicated on the rating plate.
- When disconnecting the power cord from the power outlet, pull only on the plug. Never pull on the cord.
- During the fi rst few minutes of the fi rst use, you may notice a little smoke and a slight smell. This is normal and will soon disappear.
- Be aware that some surfaces may become hot. Do not touch and supervise others accordingly. The unit is hot when in use. Take care to avoid contact between the hot surface and bare skin, particularly around the ears, face and neck when in use.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Warning! Only use the device externally.
- The appliance is only intended for drying and styling human hair.Any incorrect use can be dangerous!
- Preparing the hair: Wash your hair. Rinse the hair thoroughly.
- Comb thoroughly. Do not use hairspray or other flammable chemical hair care products. Towel blow hair to remove excess moisture.
- Unwind the power cable and plug into the mains socket and switch on.
- Set the On/Off switch to required settings (1, 2 or 3)
- Position 1 is for Low heat
- Position 2 is for Medium heat
- Position 3 is for High heat
- Divide your hair into sections. Using the hot air styler direct hot air through a section of hair at a time. Move hot air styler steadily across each section so that hot air passes through hair. Direct air fl ow at hair, not scalp.
- Keep hot air styler’s air intake vents unobstructed and free from hair while Hot air styler.
- To avoid over-drying, do not concentrate heat on any one section for any length of time. Keep the Hot air styler moving as you style.
- For quick styling, dampen hair with a mist of water before styling with the Hot air styler.
- When using the Hot air styler to create curls and waves, dry hair almost completely on the warmest setting, then fi nish styling using the lower setting. This will set the style in your hair.
- When you have fi nished, set the On/Off switch to the off (0) position.
USER MAINTINANCE INSTRUCTIONS
CLEANING
Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down. Use a soft, slightly damp
cloth to wipe the appliance surfaces. Do not allow water or any other liquid
to get into the unit. Care should be taken not to touch this part of the
appliance when it is switched on our just after it has been turned off. ALLOW
AT LEAST 30 MINUTES TO COOL DOWN BEFORE PUTTING AWAY
STORAGE
Unplug the appliance, allow to cool, and store in its box or in a dry place.
Never store it while it is hot or still plugged in. Never wrap the cord
tightly around the appliance. Never hang the unit by the cord. Store the cord
loosely coiled. Do not put any stress on the cord where it enters the unit, as
it could cause the cord to fray and break.
ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY DISPOSAL
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with other household wastes throughout the US. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmentally safe recycling.
WARRANTY
- The manufacturer provides a warranty in accordance with the legislation of the customer’s own country of residence, with a minimum of 1 year, starting from the date on which the appliance is sold to the end user.
- The warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship.
- The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized service center. When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase (with purchase date) must be submitted.
- The warranty will not apply in cases of:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect use, e.g., overloading of the appliance, use of non-approved accessories
- Use of force, damage caused by external influences
- Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, e.g., connection to an unsuitable main supply or non-compliance with the installation instructions
- Partially or completely dismantled appliances
