INTRODUCTION

THANK YOU for your confidence by buying this product. This manual has been prepared in order to safeguard the security of the user and ensure the correct use and maintenance of the refrigerated units. Before carrying out any operation, whether as an installation technician or as the user of the unit, you should be aware of the points explained in this manual. At the delivery you should always check for any damages may be caused during the transport. If there are damages, then you will inform the transportation company and your supplier. If there is any chance that this product is not what you ordered, then, immediately, inform your supplier.

TRANSPORT

Before moving the appliance tape the doors or drawers closed. Protect the external surfaces from any scratches, with the packaging carton or any other suitable material. Remove the feet of the appliance as not to endure any damage. Always pull the refrigerator straight out when moving it. If, for any reason, you need to recline it, the appliance should stay in this position only for a few minutes. Before using your appliance, place it to the right position for at least 20 minutes and then connect the refrigerator to the electrical source.
Attention: Before you accept the delivery you should always check for any damages outside the package of the product. If the delivery is done properly without any notice of the damages, then the producer and the reseller have no responsibility for that.

INSTALLATION

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

Place the product in a well aired area and far from warm sources. Do not install the refrigerator in a location where the temperature will fall below +5 °C (41 °F) and exceed +43 °C (109 °F). Be careful at the final installation of the refrigerator, the ventilation grilles should not be covered. Do not leave the appliance exposed at the sun, if it is installed in external place, it should be protected from the weather circumstances.
Attention: For the correct operation of the appliance, all the above points should be followed.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS

Before connecting the unit to the power supply, check that the voltage and the power line frequency coincide with those indicated on the identification plate of the appliance. It is essential that the electrical installation to which the unit is going to be connected has an EARTH LEAD, as well as the necessary thermal and differential magnetic protection. The power supply must have a suitable section for the consumption of the appliance. When the unit is connected and started up, depending on the model, a control light is displayed on the switchboard. If various units are installed in a row, each one must be connected independently to the power supply, avoiding the use of extension leads or multiple plugs.
Attention: The manufacturer disclaims all liability if any of the above points are not followed.

BEFORE USE

Remove the packaging. As long as the appliance is upon the wooden pallet, slightly recline the appliance and screw at the base the feet or the wheels. Then remove the wooden pallet and level the appliance so that it is stable and vertical. Remove any pre-cut protective film and glue residue from surfaces. Clean with a cloth dampened in water and neutral soap before turning on the refrigerator. Attention: Keep the electrical parts of the refrigerator safe and dry. Attention: The power cord of the counter refrigerators is placed in the inside motor area.

REFRIGERATOR OPPERATION

CORRECT USE OF THE APPLIANCE
  • Each appliance is designed for a certain temperature range.

  • You should not place warm food or drinks that are not in sealed packages.

  • Place the products in such way that permits the correct air circulation.

  • Minimize door opening and keep doors fully closed.

  • Do not place very hot pans or cooking pods on the surface of the refrigerator (it will destroy the insulation and deform the surface)

  • Do not place any hot devices (ovens ­ liquid gas or electric appliances) above the product, unless they have 10cm height feet.
    Barbeques ­ should not be placed above the product without insulating surface in the middle.

  • Keep the electrical parts of the refrigerator safe and dry.

  • Do not place food near the internal motor area.

  • The door of the motor should be always closed (for counter refrigerators)

  • Make sure for the required maintenance of the appliance, to ensure the right use and durability.

  • To ensure the best operation of the appliance you should not exposed it to warm sources.


WARNING:
Keep clear all ventilation grills from any obstruction.
WARNING: Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than were recommended by the manufacturer
WARNING: Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage
WARNING: Do not place any hot cookware above the surface of the product.
WARNING: Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance
WARNING: Do not damage the refrigerant circuit
WARNING: Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the appliance, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.
WARNING: The power socket that your appliance will be connected must be provided with ground (earth) wire. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
WARNING: Repair and disposal must be carried out by trained service personnel.
WARNING: During service do not expose it to flame.
WARNING: The technician should be specialized in R 290.
WARNING: For refrigerators with remote unit, responsible is the technician who makes the installation

We certify the endurance of the guides and grills mounted on the refrigerators, when assembled as instructed, are capable of supporting 60Kgr per shelf when the weight is even distributed.
***This appliance has degree of protection IP20. The appliance is intended to be fit with all surfaces (choice of the end user), that ensure the IP20 classification. (Maximum openings and gaps 12mm) (upright refrigerators and freezers only).

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER OPERATION
  • For your convenience, your temperature controls are preset at the factory.
  • To adjust set point temperatures to the desired level, press and hold the SET button until the indications °C (or °F) at the temperature display blink. Then press the button ▲ to increase the temperature and the button ▼to decrease the temperature. When you adjust the controller at the desired temperature, wait until the indication °C stops blinking or press set button to set up. The settings will be saved automatically.
  • To avoid any problems or dysfunctions, the temperature range of the controls is determined for refrigerator from 10°C to -2 °C (50°F to 28,4°F) and for freezer from 0°C to-22 °C (32°F to -7.6°F).
  • All refrigerators and freezers defrost automatically. In case that a manual defrost is needed, press and hold the button until the same indication blinks.
    Attention: If the settings of the temperature control change, you should call a technician.

MAINTENANCE

Attention: Before of any act of maintenance, remove the plug from the power supply. The maintenance of the appliance is very important in order to ensure correct function of the machine and its durability in time.

  • Clean regularly the internal of the refrigerator to avoid buildup of odors.
  • To ensure maximum efficiency, clean the condenser every 6 months from any dust or garbage that has been collected in it.
  • To ensure maximum efficiency and low energy consumption, the condenser should be clean.

Cleaning of condenser for counter refrigerator/ freezer

Unscrew the door of the compressor.| Pull out slightly the motor.
| For better dust removal, clean the condenser with compressed air spray. Then you may use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from the motor area. At the end of any act, check the condenser for any persistent dust.
Cleaning of condenser for cabinet refrigerator/ freezer
| At the upright refrigerators, the condenser area is on the top or below part of the cabinet (depending the models). Clean the condenser with compressed air spray and use a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush to remove the dust from the motor area.

ATTENTION: The dust is usually accumulated in the back of the condenser. After every cleansing please check if the back surface of the condenser is all clean.

IDENTIFICATION TAG

In case of malfunction, contact the distributor of our company describing the problem, denoting the model and the serial number (S/N) of your appliance.
The identification tag bearing the technical characteristics of the device is located on the right wall (upright refrigerator/freezer), inside the refrigerator chamber (refrigerators/freezer counters).

TROUBLESHOOTING

A technician is not always needed to solve some problems. First, try the solutions suggested below to possibly avoid the cost of a service call. Damages and losses are not considered these which concern broken glasses and lamps, mechanical damages caused by voltage fluctuation or by problems in the electricity.

Appliance do not operate| • Check if the appliance is connected to an electrical supply.
• Check if the electrical outlet has power – Plug in a lamp to see if the outlet is working.

Temperature is too high| • Temperature controls are not set correctly.
• Frequently door opening or doors which are not completely closed.
• Condenser is not clean.
• Nearby appliances lie around any heating source.
• The evaporator is on ice and needs manual defrost.
• Do not hold the doors for long hour.
Evaporator is on ice| • Make manual defrost.
• Do not store hot food in the interior unless it is well packed.
Interior lights do not work| • Check if the on/off switch of the lighting is on (if there is any).
• Light bulb has burned out (disconnect the appliance form the electrical supply and replace the bulb).
Appliance is very noisy| • Level the appliance.
• Check if the appliance is flat with other appliances and provokes acoustic tuning.
Appliance has leak| • Resistance has burned out (call the technician).
• Garbage has stopped in the tube of the evaporator drainage system. Use compressed air to clean the tube (only for internal leak)
• Empty the small basin which collects water under the machine and put it back. Rarely, due to increasing moisture and very intense function, the circuit cannot reach the right evaporation (refrigerator-counter).

If the problem remains, call your technician.

Attention: Problems related to the electrical and refrigerant parts of the appliance, should always be solved by trained staff.

DISPOSAL

Appliance disposal should be made under eco-friendly ways. Depending the country that the appliance is, we advise you to comply with the laws and legislations regarding the recycle and disposal.

SERVICE CALENDAR
The maintenance of the appliance is very important in order to insure the appliance proper operation and low energy consumption. Maintenance should be done every 6 months. For maintenance instructions check the paragraph 6. The table below will help you to truck and record the maintenance schedule.

Attention: Before of every maintenance remove the appliance from the power supply.
