Battery Installation

Either a 3 x AAA-sized battery or a Tailor-Made Lithium Battery can be used.
1. Lithium Battery:
– Ensure that the On/Off Knob is switched off.
– Open the Battery Cover. Insert the tailor-made Lithium Battery into the battery compartment and plug the battery cord into the Power Connector in the correct direction. Close the Battery Cover.
– The manufacturer provides the tailor-made Lithium Battery. Other types of Lithium Batteries are not recommended.
2. AAA Sized Batteries:
– Turn off the headset. Open the battery cover, and insert 3 pieces of AAA- sized batteries in correct polarity. Close the battery cover.

Goggle Assist/Siri
− Press and hold the Multi-Functional button (1) for 1 second: Google Assist/Siri
Music
− Single Press MultiFunction button (1): Play/Pause
− Double Press MultiFunction button (1): Next Track
− Triple Press MultiFunction button (1): Previous Track
− Press and hold the MultiFunction button (1) 1 sec: Siri/Google Assistant (Voice Dial)
Bluetooth Pairing
Turn on the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone. Search “Apache” and pair.
Phone:
− Single Press MultiFunction button (1): Answer/End Call
− Press and hold the MultiFunction button (1): Reject Call
− If two mobiles are connected, the first phone rings, the phones send its own call signal to the headset, single press
MultiFunction button (1) to answer the call. While talking with the first caller, the second phone rings (no tones are heard in the headset), you can switch to the second call and put the first call on hold by pressing the Multi-Function button (1). Press the MultiFunction button (1) to toggle between the first and second callers.
Pair with two mobile phones
− Pair the first mobile then disconnect the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. Start pairing the second mobile, after paired, activate the first mobile Bluetooth pairing function, the first mobile will automatically establish a connection with the headset.
− When the first phone rings, the phones send the call signal to the headset, single press the Multi-Functional button (1) to answer the call. While talking with the first caller, the second phone rings (no tones are heard in the headset), press the Multi-Functional button (1) to switch to the second call, and put the first call on hold. Press the MultiFunctional button (1) to toggle between the first and second callers.
− Allow stream music from one mobile phone only if two devices are paired.
Bluetooth Volume:
− To adjust the sound level of Bluetooth, Adjust the volume by pressing buttons (2) or (3).
Hunting
− When Power On the headset, the hunting is auto-activated with the default setting at volume level 7.
− Adjust the Hunting volume level by pressing (4) or (5).
− Turn off the Hunting feature by pressing (5) to level 0.
Charging
– Only charge the headset with a maximum 5 voltage charger. Using a charger higher than 5 volts could be
dangerous and may damage the headset.
– The 1st voice prompt “Battery is low, please charge” is heard when the battery power falls to 3.3V. Subsequent messages will be prompted every five minutes, then auto power off after 3 voice prompts.
– Insert a USB micro charging cable into the charge port to re-charge the battery.

Adjusting the Fit

  1. Put on the earmuffs with the controls panel over your right ear.
  2. With the headband over the crown of your head, position the muffs to completely enclose your ears. The muffs only provide hearing protection when worn with the headband over the crown of your head.
  3. Slide the muffs carefully up or down to adjust for a firm, comfortable fit.
  4. Ensure the cushions seal tightly against your head with no interference from foreign objects between the ear cup and your head (such as pencils or glasses or temple arms). Spread the ear cups only enough to clear the ears. Do not return or reshape the headband.

Wearer Information
– The earmuffs provide audio signal sound pressure level limitation and limit the entertainment audio signal to 82 dB(A).
– These earmuffs are provided with level-dependent attenuation.
– To prevent damage to the headset function, do not subject it to rough handling.
– The audibility of warning signals at specific workplaces may be impaired while using the entertainment facility.
– The wearer should check the correct operation before usage. If distortion or failure is detected, the wearer should refer to the manufacturer’s advice for maintenance and replacement of the battery.
– This product can use for 2-3 years unless the headband/ear cushions or the headset is damaged.

Warning

  • Performance may deteriorate with battery usage. The typical period of continuous use that can be expected from the ear muffs is around 13 hours.
  •  The output of the level-dependent circuit of this hearing protector may exceed the external sound level.
  •  The output of the electrical audio circuit of this hearing protector may exceed the daily limited sound level.
  •  For best performance, the earmuffs are fitted, adjusted, and kept maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • It is important to wear earmuffs at all times in noisy surroundings to avoid the risk of hearing damage.
  • Inspect the earmuffs regularly for serviceability.
  • If the recommendations given above do not adhere, the protection by the earmuffs will be securely impaired.

Storage
Do not store the hearing protector at temperatures exceeding +55°C, for example on a dashboard or windowsill. Do not store the hearing protector at a temperature below  -20°C. Under extremely cold conditions, warm the hearing protector before using it.
Cleaning
– Certain chemical substances may adversely affect this product. Simply wipe it with a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap or water. Do not dip it into the water.

Safety

  • These earmuffs is intended to protect your ears against hazardous noise.
  • Loud music can cause hearing damage.
  •  Avoid working in a noisy environment over extended periods of time.
  • Wear hearing protection when working in a noisy workplace.
  • Acoustical warning, indication signals, and environmental noises can sound different when wearing hearing protection.
  • The perception of warning signals in certain workplaces may be affected when using a sound reproducing system.

Notes

  • Interference and fault may happen when turning on the TV, fluorescent light, or other electrical appliances.
  • When the volume begins to fade, recharge or replace the lithium battery. To replace the tailor-made lithium battery or AAA-sized batteries. A lithium battery is available from the manufacturer.
  • Remove the battery from the unit to prevent battery leakage when you are not going to use it for a long time.
  • Failure to follow these instructions or misuse of the headset can result in damage and/or loss.
  • If the recommendation given under “Adjusting the Fit” does not adhere, the protection given by the earmuffs will be severely impaired.
  • The headband cushion is non-replaceable so do not tear it off, as it will damage the headset.
  • Ear Cushions are replaceable. Check with the supplier to order the Hygiene Kit.
  • When hygiene covers are put on to the cushions, it may affect the acoustic performance of the earmuffs;
  • Earmuffs, and in particular the cushions, may deteriorate with use and should be examined frequently for cracks and leakage.

Troubleshooting

The audio device is not started.| Check the cable. Start playing the external audio device.
Background noise| Batteries running down.| Replace with new AAA-sized batteries or re-charge the lithium battery.
