How to recharge the battery pack
-
The new Ni-CD or Ni-MH battery pack is not charged prior to shipping.
-
First, insert the joint of the battery pack in the USB cable joint, then plug the USB cable into a standard indoor electrical outlet with USB port, such as the socket with a USB port, smartphone adapter, computer, or laptop.
-
The USB plug has a LED light , when the LED light starts blinking it shows it is charging, once the light is off, the battery is fully charged. If the LED light blinks very fast that means the charging process has an issue.
-
For socket with USB port & smartphone adapter charging requires 4 hours. For computers and laptops charging requires 6.5 hours. Do not overcharge the battery pack. Charging the battery pack for a long period will not increase battery life.
-
Regularly examine the battery and the USB cable for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure, and other parts. In the event of damage, do not use it until it has been repaired.
