SNAPCHARGE
MAGNETIC WIRELESS CHARGER

NOTE:
For full 15W charging speeds, make sure to use a 15W power brick (or the one your phone came with).

HOW TO USE
Plug snap charge into power brick or USB Port. Make sure your oh snap grip and snap charge notches are semi-aligned, then bring your phone close without making contact. The magnets will automatically pull the two together while auto-aligning them.

FAST CHARGE INFO

Snapcharge supports 15W fast charging. Different brands have different names for it – Dash Charging, Speed Charging, Quick Charging, etc. Snapcharge supports all types, but your phone may throttle it based on your battery percentage, power source, or phone case.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PLUGGED IN?
Check the connections to snap charge and the power brick, confirming they’re snug and cables are pressed in all the way.
CASE THICKNESS
Thick cases increase the distance between the snap charge and your phone and can slow or prevent the charging process altogether.
PHONE COMPATIBLE?
Make sure your phone actually has wireless charging capabilities. Google “Does (your phone) have wireless charging?”
OHSNAP CENTERED?
Ohsnap must be centered on your phone to support wireless charging. All phones have their wireless charging coils directly in the center of the device, and ohsnap must surround that coil for it to charge. Go to ohsnap.com/tutorial for a guide on centering your ohsnap.
PHONE ON?
For a quicker wireless charge, make sure your phone is powered on.
