Shoulder Massager

Thank you for choosing the RENPHO Shoulder and Neck Massager. Please read this user manual before using the product and retain it for future reference.
CAUTION
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way andunderstand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.

SERVICEABLE PARTS INSIDE.

The lightning flash with arrow-head symbol within an equilateral
triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated
“dangerous voltage” with the unit’s enclosure that may be of sufficient
magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to
alert the user to the presence of important operating and
maintenance(servicing) instruction in the literature accompanying the unit.
IMPORTANT: To reduce the risk of electric shock, this product has a polarized plug (one prong is wider than the other). For safety reasons, this plug will only fit into a polarized outlet the correct way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install a proper outlet. DO NOT bypass this safety feature in any way.

To reduce the risk of electric shock:
- Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using it and also before cleaning.

- Never operate this appliance under these circumstances: the massager has a damaged cord or plug; the massager has been damaged or encountered a heavy fall; the massager has been dropped into water. DO NOT attempt to fix it yourself. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
- DO NOT carry this appliance by its power supply cord or use the cord as a handle.
- DO NOT crush this appliance when storing away.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
- Never drop or insert any object into any openings.
- DO NOT operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- DO NOT operate in the presence of explosive or flammable fumes.
- To disconnect, set all controls to the off position, then remove the plug from the outlet.
- DO NOT overload the electrical outlet. Use only the power source as indicated.
- To avoid the risk of electric shock, DO NOT disassemble or attempt to repair the appliance. Incorrect repair can cause risk of electric shock or injuries when the unit is used.
- Never remove the plug from the outlet by pulling the power cord.
- Before use, please consult a medical professional if you have any of the following: thrombus, aneurysm, vein dilatation, spinal bending, heart disease, hypertension.
- DO NOT use simultaneously with artificial heart, electrocardiogram scanner, or electronic medical equipment.
- People sensitive to heat must use the heated feature with caution.
- Stop using if you feel unwell.
The device is NOT to be used for commercial use or medical purposes. If you
have health concerns, consult your doctor before using the Shiatsu Neck and
Back Massager
ONLY use indoors!
DO NOT use the device in damp rooms (e.g. when bathing or showing)
DO NOT Wash!
DO NOT dry clean!
After using this device for 20 minutes, allow it to cool for 30 minutes before
using again

OPERATION INSTRUCTION
- Connect the Power Adapter into the DC Power Port, then plug the Power Adapter into an electric outlet.
- Grip the Positioning Handles and drape the main unit around your neck with the Shiatsu Nodes at the center of your back.
- Press “ ” the POWER ON/OFF Button to turn the unit on.
- Press “ ” the MASSAGE DIRECTION Button to change the massage direction.
- Press “ ” the HEAT Button to activate heat; press it again to deactivate heat.
- Use the Positioning Handles to reposition the Shiatsu Nodes to other areas of the neck and back.
- Press “ ” the POWER ON/OFF Button at any time to turn the unit off. The unit shuts off automatically after 15 minutes of continuous use.
NOTE: Using the heat function for more than 15 minutes at a time is NOT recommended. Allow the massager to cool down between heat cycles.

PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- Place the massager in a safe, cool, and dry place when not in use.
- After unplugging, wipe with a soft, damp cloth using non-abrasive cleaners.
- Never submerge the unit into any liquid.
- Keep away from all solvents and harsh detergents.
- DO NOT attempt to repair this massager. There are no user-serviceable parts.
