HOW TO PAIR THE SIGNAL CONTROL?

1. Connect the backpack with a Power Bank, then power on the remote control.
2. In the Divoom APP, pair the Pixoo backpack, then go to Settings> Devices.
3. Select Pair Signal remote control
4. Hold the Ch button for 5 seconds. After the LED flash, the remote is in pairing mode.
5. On the Divoom APP, tap the ‘Start pairing’.
6. The signal remote control would be paired after a few seconds.

HOW TO INSTALL THE SIGNAL CONTROL (W/Bike Mount)?

1. Make sure the Signal Control is charged and paired
2. Rotate clockwise to install the remote control on the bike mount.
3. Install the bike mount on to the handle bar

FAQ

1. What is the battery life for the Signal Control?
   For average 2hrs bike riding per day, the remote control can provide up to 14 days battery life. You can press its power button, and its battery level will be show on the backpack Screen.

2. Can I use the Signal Control in the rain?
   Yes, the Signal Control is splash proof, so you can use it even in the heavy rain. However, do not drop Signal Control in the water, and do not use the Signal Control in the rain while charging.

3. l am having problem to pair with my Signal Control.

4. Make sure the Divoom APP is connected with the Backpack.

5. Make sure the Signal Control remote is ON, and then hold the OCh button for 5 seconds.

6. After the remote is in the pairing mode, then press the ‘Start pairing’ on the APP.

7. If step b &c order is reversed, the remote may fail to pair.

8. If none of the above method works, please try restarting both devices, and repeat the remote control pairing steps.

9. Do I need to use the APP to pair the Signal Control every single time?
   No, after the first pairing, the signal remote control automatically pair with the backpack.
   Just power ON both backpack and remote control, they wll be paired within 15 seconds.

10. What is the connection range for the Signal Control?
    Around 5 meters.

11. What are the LED means?
    If it’s flashing a single LED, it means it’s waiting to connect with the backpack
    If it has the solid LED, it means the Signal Control is paired with the backpack.
    lF it has all three LED flashing, it means the signal remote control is in the pairing mode.

1. lf you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please check with the store where it was initially purchased.
2. lf within 12 (24 if required by local law) months of purchase this device or any part thereof is proven to be defective by reason of faulty workmanship or defects in materials, we will at our option repair or replace the same free of charge of labor or materials at its current condition.
