Apex MegaUSB Round Horn Megaphone with Siren and Walkie-Talkie
How to use
Upon opening the box you will find:
- Megaphone horn with attached walkie-talkie/hand mic
- A carry strap
- A USB battery (it maybe already installed in the horn body)
Open the back cover and install the USB battery (if it is not already
installed in the horn body). Plug the USB connector into the socket, close the
back cover and lock it. (You can also use 8 x C batteries; please make sure
the polarity is correct) Push the switch to “On”. Talk in to the walkie-
talkie. You can adjust the volume in the side of the handset. If you push the
switch to “Siren” it starts to alarm. Attach the strap to the horn for
shoulder carrying. You can also attach the walkie-talkie on the back of the
horn to free one of your hands. When the rechargeable battery is low simply
remove it from the unit and charge it with any USB power source, i.e. cell
phone charger. Change the switch to DC 5V Input when charging and DC 12V
Output when installed in the unit. After the battery is fully charged simply
install it back into the unit.
Attention:
- Take out the battery when the megaphone is not in use for long time.
- Don’t direct the horn to the ear of the nearby listener.
- Don’t use the siren unless needed.
