LV2600 Voltage Battery
Quick Installation Guide
1 Tools Required
The following tools will be required to install the BMS BOX and the battery.
2. Packing List
For LV2600:
J: To match the different inverters, our accessory packs are differentiated, so please look at the wire markings on the white sleeves before wiring.

Note:
- Use only the parts included with the battery pack to ensure proper installation. If anything is damaged or missing, contact manufacturer or your distributor.
- Package 1&Package2&Package3 are provide separately, not including in battery package. Please contact your dealer if you do not have it.
- Select an interface (CAN/RS485) based on the actual inverter interface type.
- If the definition of the communication port from your inverter to the battery is different from all of the above, please make your own communication cable.

4. Installation Steps
Step 1
Place the front bracket and back bracket as shown below.
Step 2
Insert the battery module into the bracket from front horizontally, and
tighten the four screws on the side.
Step 3
Locate the brackets for the second battery on top of the first pair of the
bracket and fasten the connecting button on the side.
Step 4
Insert the battery module into the bracket from front horizontally, and
tighten the four screws on the side.
5. Wiring Steps
Wiring confirmation: Check whether the power wiring is tight and whether the
positive and negative polarities are correct. Check if the wiring of the
parallel network port is correct.
Note:
Max. 6 pieces battery per stack. If more than 6 pieces, there may be a risk of
collapse.
Battery modules less than 6 pieces: Please stack in one row. Such as:
Battery modules more than 6 pieces: It is required to install into 2 stacks, we recommended to ensure the number of batteries in each stack is even.

Note: The red cable is connected to the “+”, the black cable is connected to the “-“. Connect the power cable starting from the first battery module in parallel with other battery modules. Tighten the screws. The positive and negative connection of the battery cable is shown in below.
Communication cable connection:
Step 1 : Take the main positive cable (two orange plugs), the main negative line (two black plugs) to connect to the inverter.
Step 2 : Then connect the RS485-1 or CAN on the inverter to the RS485-1 or CAN of the first battery module, connect the Link Port1 of the previous battery module to Link Port of the next battery module, leave the last module’ s Link Port1 vacant. Wiring shall be connected in the sequence as shown in below.

Grounding cable: Connect the grounding cable to ensure that all batteries are grounded. Wiring shall be connected in the sequence as shown in below.
6. System Start Up
After pressing the power switch for 1s, all LEDs will be on and flashing, which indicates that the battery is started normally. After pressing the “start” button for 3s, the battery will turn on the discharge function.
Note:
- After the communication between each battery pack lost for 10s, the battery will stop charging and discharging;
- After the communication between battery pack and inverter lost for 10 minutes, the battery will stop charging and discharging.
