HOW TO CHARGE
- Connect the USB cord to the wall adapter using a live electrical outlet.
- Put the toothbrush handle on the charging pad’s raised area.
- Your toothbrush is charging when the charging pad beeps and the battery indicator starts flashing white.
WHAT TO DO IF TOOTHBRUSH WON’T CHARGE
With a moist cloth, clear the power button and the vicinity of it of any debris. In the same outlet, try another appliance. If the appliance isn’t functioning either, there might be a problem with the outlet. For your toothbrush to fully charge, try a different outlet.
HOW TO CLEAN MOLD OFF ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH
Put your brush head in a solution of either peroxide, vinegar, or bleach. This can eliminate any leftover bacteria that might infect your oral cavity in addition to removing and killing mold. Before immersing it, wipe the base of the head to assist the solution more efficiently remove other crud.
HOW TO RESET
The power button should be pressed and held for up to 5 seconds. When you hear 1 beep followed by 2 beeps, release the power button.

I bought the set back in 2019. A few months ago the black toothbrush stopped working properly. It just refuses to turn on with a brush head on it. It tries to turn on WITH a brush on it, but no luck.

Does the brush oscillate****
The brush head actually does move independent of the body, just like the Phillips Sonicare, but it is small and fast, so hard to see. The bristles are fixed to the shaft of the head that clicks into the handle body, but that head shaft does move. You feel the vibration in the handle, but that is the same as most toothbrushes. You won’t see as much movement as an OralB that twists the upper bristles and moves the lower bristles up and down, but they are comparable for cleaning IMO. I have the Sonicare, and have had Oral B, so that is why my comparison of these 3 brush movements.
do they both charge at the same time?****
Yes, both Handles charge simultaneously and as soon as you place them on the charging dock.
Tip broke off in brush, is it covers by warranty?****
I have (3) sets (so 6 brushes in total) and 1 of the brushes the head broke off as well. Overall, we really like them, but I am now worried about the other 5 brushes. We’ve had ours for 6 months. I was just getting ready to purchase a 4th set.

is there any rubber latex on this or plastic only everywhere?****
Yes the brush head is plastic, the handle is coated with rubber for grip and probably to ensure water proof. I personally love my tooth brush.
Where can I buy another brush handle that will charge?****
Best bet, call Amazon Customer Service/Support and let them deal directly with AquaSonic issues you are having and get a resolution you can be happy with.
does the brush come with soft bristles?****
The bristles are soft but not like a child’s toothbrush. They still clean very well. The directions say to apply a bit of pressure & we do. So far our teeth feel clean & smooth. We purchased our so that we could begin our use just after a dental cleaning we see if it continues.
I need a replacement charger and I am not able to locate one. Does Aquaponic sell a single replacement chargers for the duo set?****
I don’t think they have a charger for a single brush ….they only include a charger that charges both brushes at ones in the pack.

Amazon sells them. Be cautious though, I purchased this because of the dual handle (2 for 1) set.. But unfortunately, 3 months after my purchase, 1 handle stopped taking a charge & is not working at all… Impossible to get a warranty replacement with this mfg.

which one are the aquasonic replacement heads ?****
I can find replacing heads to save my life and they are too expensive to keep ordering and then they don’t fit even though someone posted the like on here that they do. Could’ve bought an entirely new toothbrush and now I have all of these heads that don’t fit
Do they have a tongue scrubber on the back?****
No it doesn’t, but you can use anyone of the three stages it goes through to scrub your tongue. Matter of fact it is better because of the rotation of the brushes. I do it and it does an excellent job.
