INDOOR USE ONLY

  • Do not block the wireless charging area with metal or magnetic items.

  • To prevent damage to the suction cup base, make sure the temperature of the phone holder is above freezing during installation and removal.

Installation and Use

Decide how you would like to mount your phone holder/charger to your vehicle.

Suction Cup

  • Mount Remove the protective frilm from the suction cup base.
  • Make sure the locking base tab is flipped up, in the released position.
  • Make sure the intended mounting area is free of dust, dirt and oily protective coatings.
  • Use rubbing alcohol to clean the mounting area it needed.
  • Place the suction cup on the dash or window surface of your choosing and push down while flipping the locking base lever down.
  • The suction cup base should now be locked in the place of your choosing.

Air Vent Mount

  • Squeeze the push button to spread the two arms of the air vent mOunt.
  • Slide the air vent mount over one of the slats in your air vent assembly.
  • When the air vent mount is inserted fully into the air vent slat, release the push button.
  • The air vent mount should now be firmly attached to VOur air vent.
  • Attach the head of the unit to the base.
    • Unscrew the balljoint locking ring and place over the ball joint on the base.
    • Pop the ball on the base into the circular receiver on the head of the unit.
    • Orient the head of the unit in the desired position.
    • Screw the ball joint locking ring tightly to secure the head on the base.
  • Insert the Qualcomm car charger (included) into the vehicle’s 12-24V port.
  • Install the USB Type-A to Type-C cable.
    • The USB Type-A side of the cable should be plugged into the included car charger.
    • The USB Type-C side of the cable should be plugged into the bottom of the phone holder head.
  • Power should now flow to the phone holder/ charger. The LED colored base will turn blue and the automatic arms of he phone holder should open.
  • Place your wireless-charging capable mobile phone in between the automatic arms of the phone holder. The arms of your phone holder will automatically close and the charging process will begin.
  • When charging properly, the LED colored base ill turn from blue to red.
  • To remove your phone, simply place your finger on the arm release button and the automatic arms will open. The phone holder features a large capacitor which allows the unit to have enough power for 23 open/close iterations even when power is removed. This allows you to remove your phone after vehicle shut down.
  • There is an optional 5V 1A charging USB port on the right side of the unit. This port can be used to charge a second phone.

Troubleshooting:

Phone Holder/Charger will not illuminate.

  • Is your system 12V- 24V? This is required.
  • Check all connections.
  • Is the car charger inserted completely?
    • The face of the charger should light up blue.
  • Are the USB Type-A to Type-C cable ends inserted completely?

Phone Holder / Charger will not charge my phone (LED indicator does not turn red).

  • Check your phone’s specifications. Make sure your phone capable ofa wireless charge.
  • For the Phone Holder / Charger to work properly, the coil inside your phone must align with the coil inside of the
  • Phone Holder / Charger. The clear phone holder legs are adjustable (up and down). Try different settings to align the coils.
  • Remove all metal or magnetic devices on the back of your phone and/or case. Any metal or magnetic plates on the back of your case or phone will interfere with the wireless charge.
  • Remove all finger rings, pop-devices, and similar devices from the back of your phone and/or case. These devices will cause your phone to be too far from the charging coil inside the phone holder / charger.
  • Is your phone case too thick? Try using the charger without your case to test. You may need a thinner case.
