Application

Product features
- v380 Pro APP for remote control support, providing up to 128G of SD card storage and cloud storage services,the embedded chip provides various intelligent functions;
- Germany Heiman thermal imaging module, the temperature detection range 35″C~42″ C, the accuracy is t0.3C, the recommended temperature measurement distance is 75CM-10OCM.
Notification
- An infrared camera should be used indoors, with temperatures between 10°C and 40°C. Do not It is installed under the ventilation hole and ensures that there is no heat source within 3 meters.
- Therm0graphic temperature measurement is based on thermal radiation to measure body surface temperature. when people come from an outdoor environment to enters the room, the accuracy will be affected. please do scanning measured after three minutes with forehead stabletempera sure.
- When there is an obstruction on the forehead, the read temperature will be lower than the actual temperature. Make sure there is no hair or clothing.
- Body temperature detection is based on face recognition, please make sure the face is in the area shown, and do not use in the backlight to make sure that the face is Visible.
- Single person for one time, when many people need to test, please the queue 90 with the camera.
Installation and usage
Install the camera on a tripod and connect the power supply
- Screw the tripod mount to the bottom of the camera.
- Adjust the angle of the tripod about 3-5° from the horizontal (easy to adapt to different body heights).
- Adjust the height of the tripod to about 1.6M high, 0.75M away from the device Test, and adjust according to different users.
App wifi connection and usage

A. Without wifi coverage condition

Our device built Wifi-Hot spot. Open-cell phone Wlan, connect with wifi of the device.

Go back to the V380 pro, drop down to the home page, and you can see the device.
B.With wifi signal cover condition -
open V380 pro,click+. Check the device nearby, Input wifi and password, and Fish connection RJ45 can connect with internet directly.

App Setting:temperature,alarm, voice.

After the connection, please test. If something wrong happens please adjust the tripod and distance.

Video reply:
You can view the visitor record in the “playback” in the APP preview intertace.
SD card slot built inside the camera Daily Record save the SD card.
PC client use

Download and install the PC client.

Use the network cable to connect the camera with the router And connect the PC to the same router.

Click Add Device in the upper right corner, click search and add a device.
