If the keyboard is switched to Bluetooth mode, only the Bluetooth function will be available. There is only charging function when the USB cable is plugged in computer on Bluetooth mode.
If the keyboard is switched to wired mode, only the wired mode function will be available, other Bluetooth related functions such as pairing, multi-device switching function would not be available.

Function Description

 Wired mode

Users can use a Type-C cable to connect the keyboard to the computer and backlights often on in wired mode.

Bluetooth Mode

Pairing :Long press Fn+ for 3 second to enter the pairing mode, blinking blue means the keyboard is in pairing mode. The Bluetooth name of the keyboard is KB1,the blue light will stay on 1 second and goes out when the keyboard have been paired. The keyboard will enter sleep mode if no Bluetooth device is found in 3 minutes.
Multi-device switching: The default device of the keyboard is , press Fn + to switch to the second device, then long press Fn + for 3 second to enter the pairing mode. After the pairing have been completed, the blue light is on for 1 second and then goes out. By using the same method, you can switch between 3 devices by pressing Fn+ / / , “caps lock” key blinking 3 times indicates successful switching. If you need to connect the fourth device ,press FN+ to open main Bluetooth and press FN+ for 3 second to enter the pairing mode again.
When the keyboard has been idled for 3 minutes in Bluetooth mode, the keyboard backlight will turn off. If it stays inactive for 10 minutes, the Bluetooth will be disconnected from the host and enter the sleep mode. Press any button to wake up the keyboard and automatically reconnect.

 Keyboard Backlight Adjustment

Press to change backlight effect (there’re 20 backlit effects, including ‘backlight off’). Press Fn + to change backlight color. The default backlight is multi-color effects. There are 7 single-color plus the multi-color effects, a total of 8 color effects(some keys may not have multi-color backlight effect).

  • Fn + F5: Minimize the brightness level of the keyboard (5 levels)
  • Fn + F6: Maximize the brightness level of the keyboard ( 5 levels)
  • Fn + + : Maximize the backlight flashing speed ( 5 levels)
  • Fn + – : Minimize the backlight flashing speed ( 5 levels)
 Charging Instruction

Connect the computer or 5V charger to the keyboard by Type-C to charge the keyboard. If you toggle the mode switch ‘Bluetooth’ or ’cable’, is often red. After it is fully charged ,will be often green. If you toggle the mode switch ‘Off’, is off but it is still charging.

 Battery Indicator

In Bluetooth mode, the Indicator flashes red if the voltage is lower than 3.2V. It indicates that the keyboard is in low battery mode. Please connect USB-A to USB-C cable for charging.

 Reset to Factory Setting

Long press Fn+ ESC Key for 3 seconds, the backlight effect will return to the factory setting.

 F&Q

Q1: How come the keyboard is not working?
A: Wired connection: Check if the switch is in wired mode and then connect to USB-A to USB-C cable.
Bluetooth connection: check if the switch is set to Bluetooth mode, then start the Bluetooth pairing.
Q2: How come the keyboard backlight is not on?
A: Please check if you have adjusted the brightness level to the darkest, press Fn + F6 to turn up the brightness level.
Q3: How long does it take to charge for the first time and for the subsequent charging?
A: The first charge takes 4-6 hours, then 3-4 hours for subsequent charge.
Q4: How come the power indicator doesn’t turn to green after a full charge?
A: When the keyboard is fully charged, the indicator light turns green and will automatically go out after 1 minute. You will only see the green light if you re-enter the wired mode or Bluetooth mode, you will see the red light turns to green within 3 minutes.
Q5: How come it shows ‘disconnected’ when I try to connect to the second device ?
A: When Bluetooth is connected, the keyboard can only be used under one device. When connected to a second device, the first device is disconnected, to switch back, simply pressing Fn + / / .
Q6: How come I can’t use native language (such as the UK)?
A: The default setting is in American English, you can change the setting on your computer from American English to UK English. The keyboard layout is the same and so as the corresponding key for the 26 letters.
Q7: Can I program the keys?
A: This function is not available.

Safety Precautions

  1. Reduce dust and moisture intrusion.
  2.  Use keycap puller and twist 90 degrees to pull the key straight up. Prevent unnecessary lateral force to avoid damage the internal spring.
  3. Please use the keyboard in a dry environment.
  4.  Do not use the keyboard in high temperature, high humidity, strong static magnetic field, it may cause damage and bring a safety hazard.
  5. Do not smash, hit or drop the keyboard as it will damage the internal circuit.
  6.  Do not disassemble or throw the keyboard into the fire.
  7.  Do not disassemble or repair the keyboard if you are not authorized personnel.
  8.  Keep this device away from children, It contains small accessories part, which might be swallowed by children.
