Instruction to release security bracket
Step 1. Push down release dip from both sides of the wan bracket
Step 2. Rotate AP counterclockwise to release from security &
bracket.
Troubleshooting
The following table shows the status of the AP’s LED indicators.

PWR| Blue| On: Power is ON and ready for operation
Off: Power is OFF
Amber| On: CPU or System Failed
Blinking: System Initial or reset (Software self-testing and loading)
LAN 1| Blue| On: Good Link at 2.5Gbps
Blinking: Receiving/Transmitting data at 2.5Gbps from LAN port
Amber| On: Good Link at 100/1000Mbps
Blinking: Receiving/Transmitting data at 100/1000Mbps from LAN Port
LAN2| Blue| On: Good link at 2.5Gbps
Blinking: receiving/transmitting data at 2.5Gbps from LAN port
Amber| On: Good Link at 100/1000Mbps
Blinking: Receiving/Transmitting data at 100/1000Mbps from LAN Port
2.4G| Blue| On: Good link on 2.4GHz, off: radio disabled or off
Blinking: Receiving/Transmitting data from wireless LAN

If the AP fails to connect to the cloud server, please check the following:- Ensure that the Ethernet cable is plugged into the LAN l(PoE) port, and LAN1 LED is NOT OFF.
- If the AP fails to get a valid IP address from the local DHCP server, ensure that the DHCP service is ENABLED on your router.
- Ensure there is Internet connectivity on the local LAN network to which the AP is connected
Getting AP online
Step 1: Power up
If using PoE, plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the PoE switch or
injector and plug the other end into the LAN 1(PoE) port.
If using a power adapter (optional), insert the power adapter plug into the AC
power outlet and the other end into the DC IN port of the AP
Step 2: Connect to the network
If using PoE, make sure the PoE switch or injector is connected to your LAN
network with Internet access.
If using a power adapter, plug one end of an Ethernet cable into the LAN
1(PoE) port and the other end into an Ethernet port of your Switch or Router
on the network. Step 3: Check the LED status
Wait for a few minutes until the Power LED turns solid Blue and LAN1 LED turns
Blue or Amber. The AP is then online for operation.
