Thank you for choosing our product! We invite you to spend a few minutes to read the user instructions before first use. The package includes a new upgraded version of the digital thermometer with a set of
new and improved features:

• IP67 Waterproof design

• Can be re-calibrated to 0°C or 32°F

• Min/Max temperature record.

• Resolution: 0.1°

• Switchable Units:°F /°C

• Measurement range:-50°C-300°C (-58°F-572°F).

• Measurement accuracy: t1°C(+2°F) at -20°C-150°C (-4°F-302°F)
  +2°C (t4°F) at 150°C-200°C (302°F-392°F), over 2°C (4°P) at the other ranges.

• Large Bright Backlit light can be turn on and off, also can be auto-off in 30 seconds

• Two strong internal magnets make thermometer attach to fridge or steel surface steadily

• Hold temperature function can stop the display from changing the readout.

• An additional built-in bottle opener is convenient for the user to open the cap of beer bottle

• Auto-Rotating display intuitively flips right side up in either hand

• The probe can be rotated 235 degrees and convenient for both right-hand and left-hand user

• The unit will automatically turn off after 10 minutes if no other buttons are pressed to keep battery life.

Operation:

1. Before using the thermometer, please pill-off the protected film from the front panel.
2. To start the measurement, unfold the probe and the LCD will immediately display the temperature.
3. The default display unit is Fahrenheit. If you are willing to change it to Celsius, please press down the CIF key for conds
4. Data-hold: Before withdrawing from food, press the “HOLD” key. This will hold the temperature reading until pressed again.
5. To display the minimum or the maximum temperature, push the “MAX/MIN” key. It will firstly display the saved maximum temperature. By clicking it again, the display will show the minimum saved temperature.
6. To enable light on the screen, press the light button once. When the backlit is lighting press light button to turn of, also the light will turn off automatically after 30 seconds
7. To calibrate the temperature, please take a cup of ice-water from the fridge, insert the probe into ice-water to touch the ice.(make sure the probe touches the ice underwater where the temperature is 0°C) when getting the final temperature, hold down the “CAL’ key for 3 seconds. Then the display will show “CAL” on the screen. Use the CIF key to increase the digit or the “MAX/MIN” key to decrease the digit until you reach 0°C or 32°E. Then press the CAL” to confirm the calibration.

Warnings and precautions!

• DO NOT LEAVE THE THERMOMETER IN THE OVEN WHILE COOKING,
• DO NOT TOUCH HOT PROBE WITH BARE HANDS.
• Wash the metal probe in soapy water.
• Clean the thermometer by hand or using water.
• Do not completely immerse the digital thermometer in water for minutes.
• Sterilize the metal probe by inserting it into boiling water for several minutes.
